This Walgreens is not to far from where I live. I normally come here when I either need some kind of medicine(that never works for me) or want some kind of snack when I don’t want to go to a big store. I like this store because I almost know just about where everything I want is at. The people is normally nice. I don’t use the pharmacy though(bad experience years back). The store itself– good to go.

I’ve been to many Walgreens stores, and I’ve even worked at one.(A very, very long time ago.) I want to commend this one because the customer service is always on point. I’m not saying anyone here does cartwheels and throws rose petals on the floor for you to walk on — not the case. What I am saying is that the associates in almost every department respond in full sentences, they acknowledge you if you need help and they do their best to be warm and friendly without being creepy about the shiz while talking to you. I don’t know their names but there are several employees who are always respectful, polite and joke with the customers when the time suits them. This location is in a hood section of Oak Cliff, so if you have a problem with«the hood» then don’t go here. If you want something to drink right across the street from Rudy’s… this is the place to head to. LOL. (And since I have to put it in laymen’s terms for some: NOBODYHEREHAS A NASTYGHETTOATTITUDE. THISISWHY I GIVETHISPLACE5STARS!) Shout out to the manager who gave me a fair deal on a product when I wasn’t able to get a raincheck. He went above and beyond and I’m super grateful at his pleasantness and courtesy.

The worst Rx ever. Lose your scipts, make you come back for Medz that are ready. Rude and uncaring. They never get electronic scripts the first time. Always a line that moves like snails, short staffed always. In short do not go here.
