I had my window replaced in November of 2014, in June of 2015 the seal was coming off and the window had started to move, I called my insurance company and they said there was still a warranty I took it back and the work was poorly done, they didn’t reset the window, they just rolled the seal back in and reglued it, there was glue still thick on the glass of the windshield and also on the top of my car, there were gaps under the seal. When I called to ask about, warranty of this second job, she said we don’t even have you in the system so no, so even though my insurance company and I have a receipt, Whites does not. Hmmmm. When I told her I was going to tell people how unhappy I was she said I don’t care, you won’t hurt our business we are too big. So remember the name Whites Collision when you are deciding where NOT to take your car for repairs

I showed up without an appointment and they gave me a free written quote to fix my truck. They did a detailed check of my truck and made sure there wasn’t any damage we couldn’t see. They quote and the insurance quote was almost a perfect match. They were so helpful, nice, and very professional!
I only gave them 4 stars because I didn’t have any work down with them. I plan to but didn’t. I know why would have don’t a great job but I can’t testify to that. So my review will only be 4 stars.

I had the driver’s door of my Honda Accord repaired at White’s Collision Service and they did a terrific job. They matched the paint and you can’t even tell it was ever damaged. Highly recommended!
