Great hot dogs, the custard is the best, great service. Austin really delivered, literally. Wild About Harry’s custard is one of those things everyone should try if they are in Dallas.

My friend and I were looking up somewhere to get a sweet treat after lunch in Deep Ellum and happened upon this Wild About Harry’s location. I’d never been to Wild About Harry’s but my friend assured me it was good stuff.
Brittany and Austin, the two employees behind the counter when we arrived, were just lovely and gave us sooooo many samples (with real spoons and not those little mini spoons). The custard was soooo amazing, creamy and smooth. I ended up getting the strawbery custard and my friend got a half coconut half chocolate serving.
Austin, came out in a hot dog costume to our extreme pleasure. Just a cute stop for some custard. This place is definitely how I’ll be packing on the winter weight: P

Hubby & I had just finished grabbin’ a bite to eat at Uncle Über’s when we eyedballed the new Wild About Harry’s location in Deep Ellum on the corner of Commerce & Hall. It’s right across the street from Which Wich.
We stopped in for the yummy custard that WAH’s is known for. My Toffee Crunch & Chocolate Custards hit the spot & were delicious as always. Hubby enjoyed his Coconut Custard, as well. Several people popped in for shakes while we were there.
The fryers weren’t hooked up yet. The owner, Sydney Coley — Berglund, said everything should be up & runnin’ by this weekend, Sept. 29 & 30. I like Harry’s Chicago Dog & I’m lookin’ forward to havin’ one on my next visit. They were getting ready for a soft opening party this evening.
I hope this location will do well. Sydney & her husband are some super nice folks.
