Great wings, fast service– not a lot of parking

The girls and guys at this wingstop are the best. I eat here about once a week, always the same lemon pepper and Louisiana rub combo. Consistently good, crispy well seasoned chicken with the fries and ranch to top it all off. The staff always goes above and beyond to make it quick and despite the occasional missing wing or roll are excellent in their customer service. 5 star to you!

I usually always order via app and when I get there my order is always ready. sometimes when they aren’t busy they give me a call and tell me it will be ready sooner than the app estimates. Shayla gives me great costumer service and always greets me with a smile. When I ask her about new foods, she gives me an honest opinion and doesn’t tried to sell me on it, other than to try. I feel welcomed and other employees great me good as well. but Shayla you are greatly appreciated! The food is what it is. good when you have a craving for it. but the customer service pushes my rating to a 5.

I am surprised at the low reviews. This is one of my favorite places for wings. I always get the original hot sauce on the boneless wings. The prices are high but completely worth it. I love their fries. They are seasoned really well. Get a combo… then you can mix and match seasonings for the wings and get a drink and a sauce.
We come here at least once a month… sometimes more! Yum :)

I’m not sure what happened to their wings but they definitely do not taste good as they used to. Wing Stop used to be so good and tasty. Their wings used to be smaller in size and were all natural (and tasted like chicken.) The wings they serve now are big, plump, and flavorless. There is absolutely no chicken flavor. The wings are so big they actually increased the cooking time. They used to tell me 12 minutes to make the wings… it’s now 17 minutes. That’s got to tell you something about the size of the wing. This is absolutely disappointing since Wing Stop was one of my favorite wing joints (no pun intended.). This is probably the last time I go to a Wing Stop unless they go back to their old wings. I’d go to Plucker’s or even Hooters now.

Sometimes I wish there were a negative star option… and this is one of those times.

I went online last night and completed an order requesting that it be ready ASAP which then told me would be 28 minutes. I had a group of guys coming over to help knock out some projects at my house and my attempt at bribery was Wingstop. I called when it was time to pick up the order and the girl who answered the phone said the order just came in, right then, and given it wasn’t started then obviously it wasn’t ready. How frustrating… What’s the point of ordering online if they don’t ever check the system! I’ve now wasted 30 minutes. I timed it so that I could pick it up on the way home and that plan was now shot. She didn’t care. I asked how long it would take and she said «it takes 18 minutes.» When we showed up to pick up the order the same girl still could care less and had no explanation or remorse. …nothing and that’s how I now feel about this location. She was able to muster up one of those fake smiles as her expression was anything but helpful. I’m done with businesses who don’t care.
No apologies, no discount, no nothing. They don’t care and I don’t care to ever give them business again.
