Let me start at the beginning… I found some engineered hardwood floors I loved, but they wanted 4.75 a sq.ft. I did a GOOGLE search for the wood and found Beckler’s, who I then emailed to find out their price. This nice woman (Nancy) emailed me back and said it was 2.90 a sq ft. AWESOME! The same product, much cheaper! So essentially I ordered online through Nancy, and my contractor went a week and a half later to pick it up. Nice product! My contractor said he had no problem going to pick it up — that they were nice and friendly. So I’m very happy with my engineered hardwood, and I’m very happy with the service I received.

I would never use this company again. Replaced existing wood floors that had NO problems but we wanted hardwood on the entire floor and couldn’t match. We have had nothing but problems with the flooring they shipped to us. WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!! Out 10k if we want to rip out and replace.
