It’s almost a shame that he did such a good job on my house because it’s hard finding someone who does good work, and I would request his services again in a heartbeat.

Ivan came to my home based on a referral from a friend after I saw a rodent in my kitchen. I was horrified and knew I needed to get someone in who could determine how this got in. He was very friendly, professional and attentive. Did an inspection and started work the next day. He sealed off at least 25 potential entry points. The most disturbing one is he saw a tunnel that had been created in our crawl space under our front stairs. This allowing free entry into my home. He also cleaned and sanitized the areas. These things apparently follow each other’s scents. *barf*. Also based on his search it proved this had been a longer problem than I knew of. I sleep much better at night thanks to his work. Also afterwards 2 were caught! OMG! He came to get them and continued to come check the traps and check on me to ensure my satisfaction and comfort. He guarantees his work, he has excellent follow through skills and has made me feel so much more comfortable in my own home. I HIGHLY recommend Ivan to anyone who has or hasn’t seen things. I wish I called him sooner.
