Little Joe’s Pizzeria

Very disappointing — do not be mislead by the stellar Unilocal reviews for their SF location! I don’t know about SF, but the Daly City location is horrid.
My roommate and I, being new to the neighborhood, were scouting for a new go-​to pizzeria. We decided to give Little Joe’s Pizzeria a try, given their nearby location. Little did we know, that was going to be our worst decision of the night!
Firstly, the woman who took our order over the phone was not only extremely rude (she acted as though we were inconveniencing her by having called) but she also neglected to mention that the deliveryman would be expecting only cash as payment. Their website states that they take credit cards.
Upon our pizza’s arrival, when we tried to pay via credit card, the deliveryman said we should have been informed about that he would be expecting cash — he did not come prepared to handle credit cards. When we called the pizzeria to get it sorted out, the woman who took our order blamed us, while it was actually her negligence that caused this issue. Fortunately it turned out that the deliveryman had an extra credit card slip in his car, but the woman’s condescending attitude had already ruined our night.
Furthermore, the crust was soggy in the center of the pizza — something we have NEVER experienced with delivery pizza before.
To their credit, their toppings were of good quality — perhaps with good customer service, we would consider coming back.

This pizzeria has THE BEST crispy chicken taco’s in the West! I’m always ordering for delivery from here they are actually located very close to daly city in the Excelsior but man I can’t count the times I’ve ordered from here, best hangover food ever! (when I use to have time to be hungover) from the Pizza that some think is a bit pricey I think is amazing, hand tossed fresh yummy crust, great Italian food, pastas HUGE side orders of garlic bread & Mexican food! Plus their dining room is open pretty late if you have long work hours. Now, the beef for some reason I don’t really care for in the tacos but if that’s your thing give it a try too!
