I’ll be straight forward, this place is horrible. First of all their cakes are so very very sweet if you’re diabetic don’t waste your time coming here. Secondly, they don’t list all their ingredients in all their cakes & some of their cakes don’t have the list of ingredients on the box. I had to rush my son to the hospital because their was cashew nuts in the cake that wasn’t listed on the box. Like I said their was no list of ingredients! When I went to the store & ask them what was in the cake, they told me everything that was in the cake when it was to late. So folks be very careful about this place. Ask them what’s in the cake before you buy it. Don’t be a victim like my son.

Great memories of my childhood in Manila but to be a major scrooge about giving out plates is a big no-no. I ordered an ENTIRE Ube Overload and the lady had the nerve to whine about a plate limit ! She wanted to give me only 5 plates but I insisted on 6. How are you going to figure on 5 plates when the cake serves about 10. Über bad customer service Red Ribbon !

Came here earlier with my mom! Been coming here for as long as I can remember. Mango cake is a classic if you’re filipino and knows what the taste resembles too. It’s really sweet. Heard they changed it though, so that makes me sad. Usually come here for the mocha mamons! Those are bombbbbbbb! I wouldn’t have anything else from their bakery besides it. Rumors are that they don’t bake them there anymore? hmm. Bought a banana slice just to try it out and it was okay, not that bad. The consistency was delightful. Mom and I also bought Ube mamon. You can definitely taste some coconut bits in their but that was meh. They have a minimal menu for food as well. They didn’t have empanadas out when I was there. Usually there is the dinuguan, palabok, siopao, empanada, halo halo, etc. Workers are so traditional, makes me feel like i’m back in the Philippines. Always greeted with«Hi sir/ma’m» in the accent. Gets me every time. Parking is tedious at peak hours, so watch out. 2 words: Mocha Mamon

Got a birthday cake here for Ma! First time coming here and it was just as I had heard. Lots of sweets and baked good. Came here on Thanksgiving and it was rather slow just which was perfect. Ordered a mango cake for the birthday cake and let me say that it was WINNER! The staff is cool here as well. Everyone that works here seems to be chipper spirits which is surprising yet refreshing. #thanksgivingsuccess

I always must stop here before my flight back to Chicago or my Family disowns me. I always take home the economy bags of ube mamon, butter mamon with cheese, and the chiffon loaf. My Mom and I had the palabok and mango cake with our meal last year. How delicious! !

Their empanadas are off the roof! I would eat them every single day if I could. The mamons are also super delicious

Took the awhile to crank out the halo halo. And when I got it, they over dosed on the mango. It’s as if it were a mongo smoothly or something. They need a better system of handing out the halo halo because the guy before me took someone else’s order.

I love going to red ribbon especially for their mango cake. But please. If you know that you have terrible penmanship, please have someone write my cake writing. It looks like a two year old wrote it. I feel so embarrassed trying to present this to my boyfriend.

Mocha Crunch Cake was good but had no crunch. Chicken Empanadas are very good and not tiny like at other places. Interior of restaurant very clean and organized.

This place is good on the weekdays around lunch time because no one is there and that’s what I like. It’s quiet, chill and faster service! Haha I ordered the«Number 2» combo which came with a drink of your choice, beef/chicken empanada, palabok and a slice of cake(mango in my case) all for $ 7.62. It was really good and to me portion was good for 1 person. I’m gonna come back here with my friend and order a different combo. Also, staff are friendly which is a bonus! Keep it up Red Ribbon staff! :-)

I usually go to Jollibee for halo-halo, but I wanted to try something different & I was craving the Taro Mamon, too. The halo-halo was delicious! The mango ice cream was nice & creamy, with perfect chunks of mango. Everything came together nicely. Service was fast & the girls were sweet

I dont know whats going on with their marketing strategy. $ 1.00 per piece of brownie and when you buy 6pcs, its $ 6.00. like, whats the deal? the slice of cake is getting thinner and thinner everyday. not sure if its only on this branch but cmon its getting pricey and the items are getting smaller. the cashier/server whos attending, shes talking but we dont even understand what she said. shy? maybe or she just dont wanna be there. the ambience is great looks very classy. but they should improve their service and foods.

We are regulars here as we love their arroz caldo. Ordered the halo halo tonight and the ice cream was melted– it was like soup. I made a fuss to the servers as well as to the lady with glasses whom I think is the manager but no apologies or nothing, she just said that they have a problem with their freezer but that’s it– too bad, we wanted halo halo, this was our punishment. The funny thing is, there were some people after us who ordered the halo halo too but they had the mango ice cream which looked like ice cream and not soupy. We were not even offered another one after I clearly emphasized that I was pretty pissed with the order that we’ve got! Well I do believe in karma…

We came here specifically for the Halo Halo which was deliciously sweet, icy, creamy, and everything halo halo should be. It was under $ 5 and the portion was decent. My friend was raving about the halo halo as well as the Ube cake, which was also tried. Very purpley and delicious!
