Starbucks

i came here today after work with my husband and my son, all the employees had great customer services!!! our drinks were made by raymond and taste delicous! he even gave my 1year old son the left over of the frappuccino in a little kid cup :) too cute! this starbucks is very clean and organized by the way! all the employees were well dressed in dress code! i used to work at starbucks myself 5years ago! made me miss the barista life style! working at starbucks was soooo much fun!!!

Been here a few times because it’s close to my work and friendly people working here. Got lucky today and skipped the crowd before they hit! Everything was fine until I ordered today. I ordered the peppermint latte and asked the cashier to make sure with the barista that they still have the peppermint syrup. All things well until I got my drink, drive to work, sat down and about to indulge in my dose of caffeine. Took a sip and almost spat it back out. Ew tastes like bitter milk.
I’m just like –_​_​_​_​_​_​_​– nooo!!!
Sigh… Ok they fucked up, but it happens. So I called and let them know. They’re totally cool with it and offered to replace my drink or give me a refund. I took the refund because I don’t need caffeine AFTER work.
Can’t lie, I was a bit disappointed, but they made it up with no questions asked.
Just that I was looking forward for my nice warm sweet latte on this fine Friday…

This Starbucks sucks! The service is terrible and rude, and they’re so so slow. The only worker who really comes through is Nino (Neeno?), always a great time when he’s working there.

Starbucks kinda in a shady location, but the staff was very polite to the difficult customers. (Customer in front of me was returning Yogurt Parfaits from the day before). Ordered the new Butterscotch latte and it was great!

Dear Angsty Starbucks Employees,
We get it sometimes jobs sucks but don’t be rude to your customers. When an old man is trying to order a breakfast sandwich and your not even the one taking the order don’t say no so he can hear you but not make eye contact. He feels awkward, everyone in line feels awkward. Plus you get more tips if you are nice!

What can I say about Starbucks? I mean it’s just the easiest way to get a fix for my coffee addiction. Plus I got a lot of Starbucks gift cards from Christmas that I need to spend. Like most Starbucks, this place had a steady flow of traffic. I came earlier on the day so it was still clean. The employees seemed lethargic though, which is whatever as long as I get my cup of Joe.
The coffee was good. I got a Caramel Macchiato and for some reason they always make it a little stronger, which I like. Maybe they noticed the bags under my eyes and knew I needed more caffeine to tackle the day.
Either way, I’m coming back here cuz it’s fast and convenient.

This place is a hit or miss depending on the time of day and the staff. I only tolerate it since it’s so close to work. Otherwise I would stay away from this location. At least my coffee is on point.

To whom it may concern:
The Asian girl is very rude to me. She yelled at me few times and gave me attitude. Then after I walked out, I don’t know what she told the others and they all looked at me and laughing. This girl is not supposed to stay and the front and face customers because she is rude and did not treat customer right. Also others need to change their attitude. This is not right and it needs to be fix.

Dear Manager:
Please address the older Asian lady working Cashier and properly retrain her.
She did not know how to load a gift card and called me STUPID because she didn’t know how to do a job.
Not necessary to call a very loyal Starbucks clients especially if the mistake is upon herself.
A very nice colleague of her assisted me. The transaction went smooth.
To the older lady — CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE.

This Starbucks is the worse Ive been to, I live just a couple blocks away, but from this day forward I will get in my car and drive to the next. Ive come here many times for convenience but almost every time my order has been wrong, they are very slow, and not very welcoming with a look like they just dont want to be there.
* to be fair I must say though there is one Asian male worker with long hair who has left me happy & satisfied with my drink

I live a few blocks down from this Starbucks so i frequently come here. But it seems like whenever I go they aren’t stocked on much of anything. I asked for 2 drinks and they didn’t have what they needed to complete the drink. (Applejuice, lemonade and caramel toppings should always be available)

The neighborhood Starbucks never disappoints. No need to go into too much depth here as we all know what’s on the menu. This review is more about the staff and damn they are good. I used to come in after work and pick up drinks for the household and after a few visits I was a part of the regulars club. The crew always knows how to put a smile on your face and that’s what customer service is all about. Thanks all, see you soon.

I feel that the service here has gone downhill lately. Upon a previous visit the order taker was being extremely short and downright rude. Today, it seems that none of the baristas are happy and all have a sour look on their face. Almost as if they do not want to be here. Doesn’t make it comfortable to be a customer. Step it up Starbucks.

Don’t you walk into a Starbucks and get your drink the way you want it? Not in this Starbucks!!! I’ve ordered iced green tea lattes all over the Bay Area at different Starbucks including this one! Now the cashier today says they can’t do it??? Only lemonade??? WTF??? How bad is that? Somebody obviously didn’t train this lady right? She can’t put ice in a green tea latte?

I love coming to this Starbucks. I have been coming here for a really long time. I love the service. Everyone is so genuinely kind and nice. Even during rush hour. They are really quick and get your things out on time. I remembered they got my order wrong and they game me a slip/​coupon to have a free Starbucks next time I went. I was happy. I

Wow just got home brought coffee to the family and if you can see the 2 cups in the back not even full. Just over the halfway point. $ 17 for 4 cups of coffee i could of went to the matinée with my family and caught a movie. Thanks Starbucks!!! I’m not saying all of them are like that but just my experience this morning, so before you leave your Starbucks check make sure your not being stiffed.

This is the most convenient Starbucks before I go to work. The cashier was nice, and suggested another food item because they ran out of coffee bread this morning. The barista made my drink quickly and had a good attitude.
I remember one time at night I was walking by, and saw an old man watching porn by the window seat… Ew.

This is an awesome to place to work and relax. They have a variety of hot and cold coffee’s. I like Mocha and Expresso here.
The café is on the Mission Street and so, this is a good spot for Daly City residents to go, sit and relax on weekends.

First I will say that I preferably don’t like Starbucks, but this place is one of my favorites since it’s minutes away from my house and if I’m desperate for coffee, these guys deliver. Nino, who I’ve noticed has been working there for awhile is very good at making drinks. There is another lovely red headed girl (sorry I forgot your name) who knew what brown sugar was haha. I like espresso with brown sugar over ice. Best way to sweeten your coffee. Yeah, they don’t make drinks Italian style, but this is an American company so it’s only to be expected that you can have a 24 oz macchiato which I think is nonsense but their espresso is OK but not the best.
4 stars for convenience, nice service, and decent espresso.
I only knocked down a star because there was one barista who didn’t pour my espresso over the brown sugar to melt it and I had to drink my iced espresso with chunks of brown sugar. No bueno. It’s common sense sugar is not soluble in iced drinks. I will revise this when I remember who you are.
And to the guy who bitches about receipts for a refill of coffee. Come on man, don’t be a ninny over a little thing. If you want more coffee brew a dam pot at home and shut the hell up. Go to the one in San Jose for all they care. Your cattiness is not needed in Daly City.

Stopped by this place to get some coffee while my car was getting fixed. Small place but definitely clean. It’s located in a small shopping center near Smart & Final. Good place to stop by if you need that caffeine boost!
