Completely agree with everything written in Bonni’s review. Mike is a joy to work with and if the negative review below was true, Mike wouldn’t have been in business and been as successful as long as he has.
He’s always representing himself amazingly with us and done everything to go above and beyond the call of duty in every interaction.
The three negative reviews on this profile are obviously all written by the same person from different accounts. It’s also clear from this person’s reviews at other establishments that they are never happy with anybody (real estate, legal services, and even parks).

Our family has used Mike Lovullo in multiple real estate transactions for more than a decade now. He is worthy of great trust, which is so important in a purchase (or sale) that has such high stakes.
When we’re the buyer:
* He listens well to our needs and does not try to convince us to spend more than we are able to or get into a home that is not right for our family. He does, however, make suggestions (when asked) about areas or homes that meet our needs that we may not have initially considered.
* He respects the decision making process for individuals and families and does not pressure or take the matters lightly.
* He deals with other agents with professionalism and tact (even ones who aren’t the easiest to engage with).
When we’re the seller:
* He does not play manipulative games or use deception to close a sale.
* He offers his expertise, but also recognizes that the buyers have good input along the way, too. Getting to the right price or properly communicating the value of a house can benefit from multiple perspectives, and Mike gets that.
To me, trust is made up of two things: a person’s character, as well as their competence. Mike has both of these characteristics in spades. We are grateful to have people like him in the real estate business and will continue to use him for future home purchases and sales.

Lantern Bay Realty has been in business for 40 years. I have been working at LBR since 1988 and I am the current Broker. J.M. was not the person I represented in this transaction. The person I represented is very pleased with my job performance. It is unfortunate that J.M. is not satisified with the terms and conditions of the purchase that she agreed to. It appears that after signing her contract, she experienced buyers remorse and wants to place the blame on someone other than herself. These things can happen. I would just like to say in my own defense, that I take my job and my clients very seriously and represent my clients to the best of my ability. The only way I can survive in this business is by the referals of happy clients. As I said before, J.M. was not my client.
