I frequent this particular Subway and usually it is fine. I have also placed a few catering orders with this location and when I have scheduled my pick up for the early afternoon, there has been no problem, but a couple of days ago, I ordered a giant 3 foot sub with chips and cookies to be picked up the following evening at 5:30. When I went to pick up my order, which had already been confirmed and paid for, the woman on duty said there was no order. She tried to say I was at the wrong location but when I showed her the confirmation, she said, «Oops.» Then she tried to use the excuse that she had not been told about it. She called the owner or manager who said they would make the sub then but I just asked for my money back. I had my daughter ‘s study group over and I had to get something else quickly. Pretty lame. It should be part of the daily protocol for every employee to check online orders.

Just got home and started eating my Italian BMT and noticed for the second time that the bread(roll) is stale. That’s it guys, no more business, the one in Ocean Ranch has much better quality. Hope you are saving money with the old rolls but the only thing Subway has going for it was the super fresh hoagie rolls. Not a hater but it was a mediocre sandwich. We were there at 5:30pm 4÷6÷2014, Two BMTs and Sun Chips and Cheetos.
