Andrew, the manager, went above and beyond to help with my repairs. I called multiple shops around the area and no one had the part needed to fix my car, he didn’t have the part in stock either, so he went to the store himself to buy the part! Very helpful!

Andrew the new Manager is fantastic and very knowledgeable! In a business where you have to be careful who you deal with to avoid being taken advantage of, he is someone who I could count on to keep his promise. If he says he can provide a service for you, he sticks to his word. I have been in situations where someone said they would take care of an issue — I drive away only to discover weeks later by another car expert that the issue was never taken care of. I will definitely be returning to this Monro for service in the future.
