I was having a craving for cheesy bread, like I’m sure we all have once and again. So I decided to order from this local Dominos. I placed my order online, and saw that they started the order right away. It said it was Walter who made it. The pizza and cheesy bread came right away, which is awesome since I was starving. And then! I open the cheesy bread and the first time ever it had no sign of overcooking. I have ordered from several locations before, and I’ve NEVER ever had cheesy bread this good. The cheese in the middle was sooooo gooey and OHMYGOODNESS delicious. It was perfect. AND there was an online coupon so I got a medium two topping pizza and cheesy bread for $ 5.99 each. Overall, best Dominos I’ve ever gotten from any location. I would love to give this Walter a hug.

Hire a new girl! My god such an attitude, really she should be fired. They should be happy about my business not sighing and becoming more irritable with the 2 other things I’d like to order. She screwed us on the extra topping which it says online it should come with. This hasn’t been the only time she’s given me attitude. I had an inquiry about the price because I should be comfortable with what I’m paying. My lord it was a crime for me to ask. She quickly ran over the numbers in a horrible tone as if it wasn’t worth her time. Once again horrible service. Bring back that other kid that used to work there. He was always eager to help and provide the best service possible. Skip this dominos!

Not open until 4PM? Really? Pizza Hut opens at 11. Most of the local pizza places are open– Bella Mia, Tom’s Bourbon St., etc. How does one stay in business when all of the competition is open normal hours? It amazes me. Especially when the food is just ok– not amazing. I think it’s time for Domino’s to fall over and leave.

Tried ordering online and it was not working. It gave me the number for this dominos as my closest open option. I gave the guy my address and city and he confirmed and the he struggled to take my order. About an hour later(quoted 30 minutes) a driver called to ask for my address. I gave it to him and he said«ok 5 minutes«. 5 minutes go by and he calls back. Sorry we don’t deliver to your address you have to call another place. We waited over an hour to be told that we would not be getting food. I told the delivery driver that the guy that took my order knew what city I was in and even confirmed it. The delivery guys only response«oh well he’s new» . If only they had told me they wouldn’t deliver to me before they took my entire order. We now have no time to eat and can’t order from anywhere else. Thanks a lot, dominos.

I am absolutely BEYOND Disappointed, Aggravated and Disgusted with the service that my husband and I have received on NUMEROUS occasions from the Danvers, Massachusetts store on Maple Street. My husband and I have both worked in the service industry for many years in the past, and my husband even worked at Dominos as well for many years. We understand that mistakes happen, and everyone is human– but when it gets to the point where these«mistakes» are happening with EVERYSINGLE order you place, and you are being treated rudely and in a very demeaning manner; it gets aggravating, but still it happens. My main complaint is how management and employees handeled these incidents. Without fail, every order that we would place would come with a sauce or two missing– food cold. or more recently the past 3 or 4 orders had the entire pizza box squished with ALL of the cheese and all of the toppings stuck on the inside cover. About a month or two ago we were told that we would receive a coupon in the mail for the wrong order that we received and a complete mess of a pizza that wasn’t edible. After a couple of weeks of not having received«said» coupon; I brought it up to a female manager that informed me that«SHE sends out all of the coupons and we werent on the list, so theres nothing that can be done.» She more or less was calling us liars. So like fools, we decided to give Dominos another chance, sure enough the pizza came cold, squished and cheeseless. My husband made a phone call and spoke with a gentleman that said he was the general manager of the store. HE was apologetic and said that the whole next order is on them, and he wants to make it right for us. So a couple of weeks ago we didnt feel like cooking dinner and remembered that we had a free order waiting for us. I called and placed my «Free» order, well it wasnt all free– it was just a medium pizza that was the«free» part. Regardless, we placed our order and I hung up the phone. While we waited for our delivery, I received a phone call about 10 minutes after from the female manager stating that we still have to pay the $ 1.84 delivery charge. EXCUSEME??? Your store(that we have given MORE than enough chances to make it right for us) is now charging us a delivery fee? I then spoke to the general manager that promised an ENTIRELYFREE«next order» who then said.” well we gotta pay the drivers you know.” That was it… we were done. We told them to cancel our order, and that we would NEVEREVER return as customers. The $ 1.84 was all about principle not cost, clearly. Having bartended, waitressed, etc for years– I have NEVER seen a store/business so inconsiderate, and unwilling to make it right for their valued customers to ensure a return visit and be happy with what they got. We were MORE than patient and Very good customers. Not only will we NEVER return, but I wouldn’t recommend this place if it were the last place to eat on the planet. I truly hope that someone from corporate sees this message and does take it seriously, and spends some time with these individuals and re-trains them on Customer Service 101. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Or wanting your store to succeed, make profit and WANT your customers to be happy and mor importantly return and recommend it to others? Danvers Dominos clearly has a skewed vision of this mentality. If I could Give 0 stars that is what they would receive.

Good Domino’s. Very speedy with your order; after ordering, I’ve only had to linger there once. The only thing that sucks about this place is parking. There’s no spots on the street ever, so you have to pull into this apartment complex in the back that’s a pain in the ass to get out of. But, for delivery or at the right time, do it up!
