I went in there interested in what hydroponics is. The staff was very knowledgeable. I ended up buying more than I thought. I’m going to grow my own veggies to save money on groceries. Their prices are amazing. Great staff who was ready and willing to help me. Definitely going back!

Great store. Great staff. I live close by, and I was super excited that I found a hydro store so close to home! Now for the really bad part — out of the 5 times I have gone here in the last month during normal business hours, they were only open twice. In fact, I’m sitting in the parking lot now — at 11:30 on a Monday morning — they were suppose to be open at 10:30, and the store is closed. Now, I don’t mind if they have limited hours, I’m all good with that, but POST YOUR CORRECT HOURS! Or better yet, try to at least somewhat follow your posted hours. Like I said, good store, but now with one less customer. I won’t waste my time here again.

Be G. is right its about time we have a good hydro store in this area. Doctor Greenthumbs is a great shop with very knowledgeable staff. The have a lot of the top nutrients on the market and if they don’t they will hunt it down for you. How convenient is that? You have to try the new air pots they got in. I haven’t seen them anywhere else. So far I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Greenthumbs. Frank is super chill and Dr. Rich as I like to call him has increased my knowledge and my yields in passing conversations. Impressive.

Finally a good hydro store close by. I live in danville and I was always sick of driving to Livermore, or Concord to get my supplies. Dr. G’s has a good supply of nutrients, lights, and hydro setups. Frank (the owner) was very helpful. I’ll definatly be coming back here for my indoor gardening supplies. :)

My boyfriend and I stopped by today to check out the new spot that just opened up on Monday in D-​town, we wanted to know what our options were if we decided to do some indoor gardening. The owner Frank was very friendly and informative and filled us in on all our options. If you happen to be in the neighborhood, I suggest you stop by and check things out!
