Trips to the bank can sometimes rank as the most excruciatingly frustrating experiences, right under trips to the DMV. The staff here are always friendly and attentive. They get to know you by name, which makes transactions easy and quick– no need for the unnecessary paperwork of deposit and withdrawal slips. I banked with BOA for a year when I lived out of state, and I dreaded every moment of it. I was thrilled when I returned to West Community. They offer a variety of standard services, with decent rates. When applying for loans, credit cards, or opening new investment accounts, the service has felt very personal. Any issue I’ve had with my accounts has been handled quickly and efficiently.
