I just moved to the Noroton Heights area after living in South Norwalk for a while. The location in South Norwalk on West Ave was as good as it gets. Polite staff and pharmacy techs. I wish I could say the same for this location. I hesitate to call the demeanor of the employees there incompetent-​apathetic and lacking social skills is more on point. A simple request about where an item was located was met with a mumble. When pushed for clarification or an aisle number the employees response was simply «by the cheese» without even so much as as general articulation or pointing in the general direction WHERE that might be. I walked out and went to the Stop and Shop next door instead. They didn’t have the item I was looking for, but they did have the kindness to look me in the eyes, speak clearly, and check on the computer to see if it was in stock. Walgreens has lost me as a customer. I’ll go to the CVS in Darien, 5 minutes out of the way, instead.
