Davenport, FL
This subdivision is not a resort. All most all the homes here are lived in year around. There are tons of kids walking up and down the streets. They say they have security. Which the security guard said to me he is not allowed to get out of car. He can only watch what goes on and report. This is NOT a subdivision I would ever stay in again. Homes are getting old and show the wear.
