Tee Time Lawn Care

In a nutshell: horrible, pressure-​sellers, unresponsive, unprofessional.
If you want the long story: Although they sent someone out quickly to look at my yard and give me an estimate, this person also tried to pressure me into spending a lot more money on a lot more work than I had originally asked about. When I finally convinced them I only wanted the originally stated work done, I spoke with a lady on the phone to confirm that I wanted an appointment set up and what the work was to be. She stated I would be called for this to be set up. One, then two, three, and finally FOUR weeks went by and I didn’t hear anything. I called back — again, speaking with a lady who may or may not have been the same as before — and she seemed to have no record of my calling. She said no problem, we will have someone call you back tomorrow to set up a time… hey, guess what! They didn’t call back.
I will be using alternative servicers for my lawncare needs. This experience was ridiculous.
