Good pizza, beer, fast and good service. I like the build your own style for 7.95 plus now they have gluten free dough

The employees are incredibly rude and my pizza was burned on the bottom, but still cold on top. The cheese wasn’t even completely melted. I only got a few toppings so you’d think the cheese would melt… they’re fast, but in this case it’s not a good thing.

Cook time for the food was super fast and I enjoyed my custom made veg pizza for only $ 7.99. The only con is if your craving authentic pizza It wouldn’t be here for me. But still a great concept.

This was not my first timve visiting Blaze, however it was my first time visiting this location on University next to 595. I really enjoyed Blaze the first couple of times. I first had Blaze up north when I was out of town for a couple of weeks. It was really good, so much that when I discovered they had opened up one not to far from me I though, I have to go! Needless to say it was not the same experience that I had last year out of town. From the quality of the pizza it’s ingredients, and the service, I can’t honestly say I was missing anything. I wish this Blaze didn’t ruin Blaze for me. 〰No line when I walked in, however one quickly formed. The is like 20 employees at a time, and they all seemed tired and over worked and pretty much disinterested all together. Things kept falling on the floor, I think I counted like 5 different times things well on the floor. Half of the staff was just walking aimlessly, there really wasn’t a need for so many employees; I think I came in when they were changing shifts as well so that might had also been a contributing factor. 〰New location so the restaurant itself was clean and well put together. 〰The locations I had gone to in the past had a larger selections of toppings including dressings. The pizza wasn’t looks long enough or the oven wasn’t heating right but the pizza just didn’t cook right. 〰I was so excited to get my $ 7 pizza with unlimited toppings, I ended up getting a $ 9 mediocre soft-taco-wrap.

Yum to the O. If you like pizza and do not want to spend a fortune, this is the place to go. For under $ 10 you get your own personal pizza, that you can“t finish, with anything you want on it. My tastes change like the wind so I love being able to build my own. The staff is extremely friendly and the ingredients are fresh. The roasted garlic is an awesome add! Fast, fresh, economical and delish!

Like everyone else mentions, this place is just like Chipolte but with pizza instead of burritos. Blaze has a great idea going here, who doesn’t love fast quality pizza?! When I first got in line I was somewhat overwhelmed, so many choices so little time. I decided to build my own pizza which is pretty awesome because they have sooooo many toppings. For just 7 dollars and change you can put whatever you want on it. I ended up making a spicy chicken gorgonzola jalapeño pizza. The pizza was really good and I loved that it came in a «shoebox» style pizza box. I also got to try the antipasti salad they have. It was good, but for 7 $ I would have like a little more lettuce and dressing. The other thing that I really didn’t like was lack of explanation. I had no idea you could get arugla or sauces in till the person I was with told me. It would have been nice to be offered it when I was in line. Overall, Blaze Pizza is a great place to go for some delicious, fast, and fresh pizza.

I loved the pizza here. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. It was my first time here so I didn’t really know how it worked but they were patient in explaining it to me. I ordered the white top pizza and kept it as is except I added mushrooms garlic and pesto. It was cooked perfectly. It was crunchy without being too hard, the mushrooms were soft without being mushy, and the flavor was phenomenal. For pizza that’s cooked so quickly, I was impressed. They also sell wine and beer, so it would be a fun spot to go with friends. I was very pleased with my experience and thought the pizza was delicious. I’m sure I’ll be back soon.

I feel like on the seventh day God didn’t rest, he created Blaze Pizza. What a great concept. I’m sure they probably get tired of being called, «the chipotle of pizza», but basically that’s what it is. You get in line, are greeted by a friendly pizza artist, pick the type of dough(there is gluten free if you’re into that), sauce, cheeses, and then toppings. In addition to pizza they sell side salads and festers. The dessert is a smores cookie type concoction with is delicious. It, like the pizza, is made in the flash fire. So let’s talk about the flash fire, right? So I’m 180 seconds you have a hot and ready pizza. No matter how many toppings(although they do not recommend loading it up too much because the center gets soggy), you’re ready to eat in around 3 minutes. I love a thin crust pizza basically because I don’t feel as bad about eating an entire pizza when I get it thin crust. All their ingredients are fresh, locally grown if possible and made with the highest quality of ingredients. The owner really takes pride in serving quality food without putting the consumer at risk. At pizza will cost you around 7 – 8 bucks. Side salad is around $ 5(I get a Caesar) Soda is about 2ish. For a tasty meal you can’t beat the price. You can always take what you can’t eat home, they’ll happy provide you with a box, but let me know what that’s like because I’ve never done that.

For just 7.95 for a customized pizza this place is a steal!!! It has a chipotle like concept and fresh dough. you can pick as many toppings as you like and they will just load up on your topping choices!!! there are a variety of sauce, cheese and topping choices. it bakes and is ready in a matter of minutes. The crust is between hand tossed and thin crust and is very light. Its a very big size for a personal pizza, i usually eat about half of the pizza and take home the rest for lunch the next day: P. The topping choices include the usual(pepproni, bell peppers, sausage, tomatoes, red onions) and some cooler ones(artichokes, basil, sautéed onions, zucchini, arugula) and the cheeses include mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta, gorgonzola, and goat cheese(definitely missing some choices since there are so many!) Its casual and quick, definitely recommend.

I love the concept of Blaze! As everyone else has mentioned, it’s a Chipotle/Subway/Moe’s style assembly line but for pizza! It’s probably not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but it tastes great, it’s fast, and it’s customizable! Mark A. & I loved that the sizes were personal pizzas. That meant he can have his mushrooms & olives on his, & I don’t have to pick those off. The already set pizzas sounded great(which I’ll have to try on another visit), but with UNLIMITEDTOPPINGS, I had to build my own! That’s probably the best thing I love… the bang for your buck. Same reasonable price of $ 8 for whatever toppings you want. We also tried their s’mores, which you can get warmed up. They basically just sit right in front of the mouth of the oven, so the marshmallow & chocolate inside melt down. Then you can go up & claim them when you’re ready for dessert. We really fell in love with this place and can’t wait to come back!

Love the concept — Subway/Chipolte but for Pizza! It’s great. Easy way to get a fresh made pizza quick! As long as the line isn’t out the door… had the White pizza and added a few additional toppings, it delicious! Definitely recommend & will be back!

Though I have been to the Fort Lauderdale Blaze location quite a few times, this was my first time visiting Davie’s Blaze. I have to say that I came here in a pretty horrible mood. I certainly didn’t drive all the way to Davie for Blaze pizza(given that their other location is only a couple miles from my house) but our plans for dinner beforehand were ruined by horrible service(I literally sat at a restaurant and didn’t eat). I arrived here starving(as it was now past 9pm) and just generally annoyed with everything(I’m really a pretty agreeable person, but hungry is not a mood you want to catch me in). I was really happy to find that Blaze is open until 11pm(at least on Saturday night) as a lot of the businesses in this area seemed to be closing quite a bit earlier. I hopped in line and while in the past I found I get the best results by ordering one of their handful of pre-decided pizzas, I opted to build my own figuring that I have experienced Blaze enough times that I am now a professional(on a side note the first time I ever experiences Blaze I got way too excited and put pretty much every veggie on my pizza and it just kind of ended up being a soggy mess. I’ve learned). The staff was very friendly asking for my name and referring to me by it along the whole assembly line. I went with their spicy tomato sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese and a bit of ricotta. Then it was veggie time. Keeping in mind my previous errors I went with caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, and whole roasted garlic bulbs… they probably have at least twenty veggie toppings, so choosing only four does require some restraint, but for the integrity of the crust it’s best to keep things a little bit more simple. As my pizza was tossed in the oven I approached the register where I told the cashier that I was going to need some wine. He immediately picked up what I was throwing down, and either we knew each other in a past life, I looked especially stressed, or this guy was the best salesman in the world, because even though I had told myself I was allowed only one drink for the evening, the guy at the counter told me that they only had two mini bottles of red wine left. Apparently their truck comes on Sunday and approaching close on Saturday night a few items, including the wine, were cutting it close. I happily accepted his offer for the second(and last) mini bottle of wine. He had such a great sense of humor and attentiveness while ringing me up that I started to forget the bad experience I had elsewhere earlier in the night. I took my seat and waited for my name to be called. When my pizza was ready and they sliced it up I asked for them to add arugula to the top(okay, so five veggies) as there are a few finishing touches they can offer once it comes out of the oven. Now here is the thing with Blaze pizza: even though their oven cooking process is incredibly fast(I think three minutes?) you will probably not be eating in three minutes. That pizza is seriously hot when you get it, and in my opinion for it to be eaten and enjoyed correctly it needs about ten minutes of cooling time. This allows the crust to set a bit more and allows you to eat it without destroying your mouth(I told you, I’m a professional at this now). Luckily I had my wine to keep me occupied during this time. I had probably finished my first glass of wine and then dug into the pizza. I have to say that I make a great pizza… and to Blaze’s credit I love their spicy sauce. I also discovered that probably the one thing in the world my boyfriend doesn’t like is whole roasted garlic bulbs, so by adding this I also kept him from stealing my food as he usually does. Even though it was past ten at this point, the restaurant was still pretty busy. The staff was great about coming around to clear the tables and offer boxes to those who couldn’t finish their pizzas(I was not one of those people this time). On this occasion Blaze pizza really saved my night giving me a good meal, with good service, leaving me ready to enjoy the rest of the evening.

I’m going to start off this review by saying that I actually really don’t like pizza. Let me clarify; I don’t like average pizza shop pizza. That kind of pizza that’s really doughy with too much greasy cheese and sauce type of pizza that you’ll find at the majority of the Italian restaurants in south Florida. With that said, Blaze Pizza isn’t your«average» Italian restaurant style pizza. This is craft pizza, as so many other foods these days are magically getting craftier. I’m seriously in love the«craft» revolution because it puts a way more fun and even wilder spin on food and drink making things a lot more interesting for us foodies! Came here on a Friday night for dinner with Reixa C. before we went to the Panthers game. Needless to say it was PACKED! I was concerned that we wouldn’t have time to eat and make it to the game in time. When we walked in the line was to the door and I was a little confused on how the whole ordering thing worked. The employee that was taking the initial orders saw our look of confusion and took the time explain to us how to order. Think Chipotle, but for pizza. I loved«following my pizza» down the line! Kinda fun actually! We ordered the Green Stripe pizza after seeing Blue A.‘s photo, plus I love pesto! Each of the employees on the line were so friendly and asked questions at each stage of the pizza making process to make sure each ingredient was ok to put on our pizza. They have TONS of topping options too! Once at the end there’s a refrigerated section that has craft beer, drink options, and an array of their salads that are conveniently pre-packaged. The salads are actually made fresh every day and I like the idea of them being ready to go in case you’re in a hurry. By the time we paid and found a table to sit at our pizza was magically ready. What kind of sorcery is this? The pizza took 10 minutes at most to cook and it was to perfection. I really liked their dough because it’s thin and crispy and doesn’t fall apart when you fold it in half to eat it.(Which is the proper way to eat pizza, if you didn’t already know!) This is a fantastic idea and really fun spin on pizza. Blaze is great for kids of all ages as they have a make your own option and you can put as much or as little on your pizza as you desire; catering to the most picky eater or the ones that literally like everything but the kitchen sink as a topping! Their customer service was fantastic and the restaurant as a whole had a very ‘cool’ and trendy vibe! They have a order online option but I personally don’t see the need. Your food is ready so incredibly fast that by the time you left where you are to come pick it up it would be cold! I’ll definitely be back in very soon to try more pizza options!

10⁄30 — This was definitely a different type of Pizza experience. It is like a Subway, but you’re building your Pizza. We came here on Friday night right before going to the Panthers Game. Place was packed. We got to the front of the line and ordered the Green Stripe Pizza, pesto drizzle over grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, chopped garlic, mozzarella, arugula. Even though it says it on the paper they lay the pizza in, they still ask you if you want the ingredients. They tell you«Follow the Pizza.» I originally went there because my friend wanted pizza, I wanted a salad. I thought they made the salad there but it is pre packaged. I was not impressed. The romaine on the salad is more of the stalk part of the romaine, not too green. They also offer craft beer like Angry Orchard, Magic Hat, Native, Funky Buddha to mention a few. You pay at the end. Then they call your name once the pizza is ready. It was literally maybe 5 minutes, very fast pizza! They have great customer service, very attentive staff. We had a young man come by multiple times, offering to take our plates and trash away. The pizza itself was ok, I didn’t care for the salad. Not a place I would go to again. But would recommend if you need a very quick lunch. We must of seen over 100 customers in the little time we were there. It’s a great place to bring the kiddos. They would enjoy to «Follow the pizza.»

Had heard good things about Blaze so we decided to stop in for a late lunch on Saturday. The line looked pretty long but the assembly line style ordering meant they can move you along quick. I had been warned by fellow Unilocaler Colleen R. to order the build your own unlimited toppings pizza to ensure you get enough of everything. I passed that info on to my daughter since I wanted to try the White Top, one of their signature pizzas. My pizza included white cream sauce with mozzarella, applewood bacon, chopped garlic, oregano, arugula. My daughter ordered a build your own with their spicy red sauce, mozzarella, bacon, italian sausage and pepperoni. We both enjoyed our pizzas. The combination of the white sauce and bacon was really good. I thought the size of the pizza was perfect. We each ended up taking half home and finishing it for dinner. My daughter, who loves all things spicy, really liked the bite in the spicy red sauce. The staff was really accommodating and friendly. They came around several times asking if we needed anything. I’m really glad this place opened up close to home and work. I’ll definitely be back.

What a fabulous concept! I was skeptical about coming here because I am not a fan of thin crust pie. After so many of my friends reviews I had to give them a try. We arrived early around 5ish, so luckily there was no big crowd. There was a constant flow of people arriving where many take their pizza’s to go. They have a small dining area with some tables outside as well. You walk in and the staff all greet you very loudly. They are all young and full of friendly faces. I chose to create my own pizza which I am glad I did. OK, really unlimited toppings for $ 7.95, heck yeah! I chose the regular sauce which I regret it was good but hubby had the spicy sauce and oh it was delicious so on my next visits this will be my choice. They also have salads which all looked very fresh. For my ingredients I had the Italian sausage, mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, yes love my cheese and mushrooms, and zucchini. I was quite happy that within less than five minutes our pizza was ready. It is a perfect size, well actually large for one person so I had plenty to take home. All of the ingredients were fresh and good. They had a few beers to choose from and tiny splits of wine. We had the Magic Hat # 9, which is perfect with a pie. Although I am not a huge fan of thin crust I was digging this pizza. The taste of the dough was quite good and bonus they did not burn the bottom. For quick, fresh, very tasty pizza with prices you can’t beat this place is awesome! What a very nice addition to the area. Staff are great, my only issue was how loud the music is when you walk in. It makes it kind of hard to hear when you are trying to place your order. See you again!

I’ve been here several times and it’s always good. It reminds me of an adult version of a lunchables pizza but with healthier toppings. If you’re looking for a gluten free crust Blaze pizza offers that option. To get your money’s worth order the build your own pizza. You get the choice of different toppings and even more than one choice of meat.

On a whim we stopped by last weekend. Glad we did. Love the concept. Make your own pizza. Have as a little or as much as you want. Try a little of something that you never thought to have on pizza(I tried zucchini and let me tell you delicious!). $ 5 for just cheese and $ 7.95 for make if your way. My husband was satisfied and even got to have spicy red sauce. My leftovers warmed the next day perfectly. Smores treat hit the spot. Definitely will be back to see what kind of creations I can come up with next. Great service. The team comes around and helps clean up and get refills and Togo boxes. Please tip them. The girl helping our table seemed so shocked and happy that we tipped her.

When you think of an assembly line, Pizza making isn’t the first thing to come to mind. However, Blaze has successfully Chipotle-ized the art of making pizza. Although it is hard to picture until you experience it, all of a sudden it makes perfect sense. First you pick your crust — regular, wheat, or gluten-free. Then you choose your sauce, then after that either choose one of the menu selections or make your own. I would highly recommend make your own because unlike Chipotle, you get UNLIMITED toppings for $ 7.95. Say WHAAAAAAAT? So that means if you are a carnivore like me you can absolutely overload your pizza with multiple meats. Extra pepperoni and meatballs — Included. Double Chicken — Included. You can load your pizza with as many toppings as you want. The fact that the toppings are all great quality only makes it better. My sole complaint is that it definitely takes more than 90 seconds to fire your pizza, but at this price and quality WHOCARES! I can see why this place has been slammed every time I have come during lunch so definitely come early if you don’t want to wait. Blaze is an awesome addition to the Davie lunch circuit.

High energy pizza place with a great vibe! Some girls obsess over shoes, others over purses… me: cool new restaurants & coffee /tea shops. Build your own! Put whatever the heck you want on what seems like a small pizza… Keep in mind you will be wrapping half of it up! Shout out to Britt who made me the most amazing decadent BLAZE pizza! Being vegan I skip the cheese & all of the meat options… So it’s pretty cool that I can get every single veggie if that’s what I want! I ordered 2 build your own pizza’s. You don’t need a breakdown of toppings: my pics will tell it all! My daughter was pleased & so was I! Britt came outside to my table to see if we liked it. We LOVED it!!! Also the manager(without us asking) brought To Go boxes to us. Who does that? Usually you have to ask for something like that. She anticipated our need & that’s quality service 100%! Place was clean, plenty of employees to help you out, & indoor/outdoor seating. I prefer outdoor seating & be happy to know they have fans! I forgot to grab napkins & no dispensers were on the table. No big deal my car was right there so my kid grabbed some from my car. So if you eat outside grab napkins! lol My only complaint & it’s not really«Blaze», but seems to be the trend in most places: if you want vegan cheese«Daiya» you pay $ 2.00 more which would make my $ 7.95 pizza $ 9.95×2. I wish companies would see we are skipping all the meat & regular cheese and only taking a small amount of Daiya. In publix Daiya and Kraft are the same price so it confuses me. Someone please explain?! We will make this our regular pizza place & I recommend if you haven’t tried it yet… Go soon!!! . My daughter made a video
