I needed my Lexus SUV serviced and found Lexus prices were very high. I spoke with Brendan who helped decide exactly what I needed to do. He had a worker drive me home and my car was done in a few hours. They are knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. I will always take our cars there. The cost was considerable less than Lexus service dept. and very realistic in what should and should not be done. Great staff. Convenient location.

Stay away! Save your time and avoid potentially being scammed. I came in for a simple oil change. They decided my tires needed to be rotated and advised «next time» I come in I will need new tires. They did not balance the tires, and completely messed up my ride. So of course next day I had to go back. I was quite rudely told the problem is because I need new tires. The car is less than 3 years old and has 20,000 miles, I don’t think so! Instead of giving them more money they are «rotating the tires back the way they were». Perhaps this scam works on some people, but even if I did need tires I would not buy from them!
