Going to Aggie Tech was very frustrating. I had a broken screen and was hoping that it could be simply repaired within the 4 hours they said they could do as stated over the phone. I did come back after 4 hours, but when I got home, the touch sensor of the iphone screen was broken.
Come back multiple times, called, and even fb messaged to see if my phone was fixed. Took 3 long days of running back and fourth to fix, but after I got it back, the hearing of the phone speaker was not working clear. It was fine before I took it in…
The service is nice, they honestly try. They’re just not experienced in what they do. I mean who takes a phone in to fix something then breaks another?..

Service was really nice. I had stripped a laptop screw and they helped me get it out right away for a nominal price.

Worst experience ever! My battery was dead but instead charged me $ 10 for a diagnostic fee and wasn’t even helpful. Told me that my motherboard was dead and would take a week to repair and $ 100. Didn’t even bother to tell me until I went back and didn’t pick up their phones either! Would not recommend for ANYONE!

Owner is a really nice guy. Came for a cracked screen repair on my 3GS and he got it fixed in just 30 minutes ~ $ 40. Not sure how competitive that price is to some of the places downtown, but the location was perfect for me. Went to shop at F21 while we waited.
