Jeff Likes Clean Windows

The guys from Jeff’s cleaned the gutters on 1-​7-​2016 and did an excellent job. They were a little early for the set appointment, were courteous, professional, and efficient. The pricing was reasonable, and I was able to set an appointment for a few days after making an estimate request via their website.

Jeff and Eric did a spectacular job with my windows and gutters today. They were right on time, very efficient, and the windows are spotless. Jeff has done work at my house intermittently over the last 10 years. The quality always remains outstanding and the price is reasonable.

I cannot say enough about Jeff and his crew. Organized, efficient, professional and my windows have never been so clean! I highly recommend Jeff Likes Clean Windows!

***DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY*** He is a complete flake. I thought this guy offered reasonable prices so I hired him to come clean my windows. I had to wait over 2 weeks for the appointment. The week of the appointment, he sends me a window cleaning invoice by email so I thought all was well. On appointment day, December 8^th, he arrives to my house and is confused. He thought he was there to do the gutters! Was I missing something!!! He had just sent me a window cleaning invoice earlier that week. He left my house saying he did not have the tools on hand to clean my windows that day. I think this guy was high on pot or something. The guy that showed up to my home dazed and confused was Jeff Likes, the owner.
So, he rescheduled me. I had to wait until December 30^th for his schedule to open back up. I was penalized and had to wait for HIS OWN SCREW UP! I think I am a complete IDIOT for waiting for this joke of a company. But somehow, I decided to give him another chance and waited 22 more days.
On December 30^th, he was scheduled for the window cleaning. That morning, he calls me and tells me he can’t do the job because it’s too windy. His next available will be January 10^th! I even said to him that he should accommodate me on the weekend, but I got nothing. I don’t even think he understands what «professionalism» means. Save yourself the bother… don’t waste your time like I did waiting around for this joke just to save a few extra bucks. With Jeff Likes, you definitely GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! He has ZERO work ethic so I am sure if he had worked on my windows I’d be very unhappy. I should have trusted my significant other when he told me Jeff looked «sketchy» that day he arrived to my home.

Jeff recently provided great service on short notice. He provided friendly, efficient and reasonably priced services. My wife loved the outcome. We will be sharing Jeff Likes Clean Windows by word of mouth as well.

Since I moved into my house in 2009, I have used Jeff for my gutters and windows. Today I had him power wash my window sills outside as well.
He’s professional, organized, friendly and conscientious.

My third experience with Jeff. Two window cleanings and one gutter cleaning.
He hit all my metrics for success in the service industry:
1. Verified appointment a day or two prior
2. Arrived exactly on time
3. Greeted us and verified the work to be performed and walked us through his plan
4. Completed the work quickly and professionally
5. Verified our satisfaction
Jeff completed the job and sent a receipt using his iPhone while at the house.
I am happy to pay for a service when it is done faster than I could do it based on skill and methods. I will use his service again.

Jeff was great, we hired him through a groupon deal, and he did a top notch job! I don’t even think that our windows were that clean when we moved in after the house was built! He gave us a quote for returning to clean the windows and sills, and tracks, and it was really reasonable. (We have a one-​story house). I would hire him again.

Jeff cleaned my windows a few months back, and I just had him return to clean my gutters. Excellent job, wonderful and friendly business. He is a pleasure to work with!!! I fully intend to have him return next summer for my windows, and next fall for my gutters. Highly recommended! I used a Groupon for the first visit, but he’s now gotten my business at least twice a year for the foreseeable future.

Today Jeff and his associate arrived at my house at exactly 4pm after calling to confirm. They were very professional, thoughtful, and easy going, but got all of my windows – upstairs and down clean in about an hour and a half. I will definitely use them again when I next clean my windows!

Jeff cleaned the gutters on the rental house we’re living in. Since I didn’t pay the bill, I can’t speak to his prices, but I was the one who scheduled and met with him. He was very friendly, easy to schedule with, and he worked efficiently. I would definitely recommend him!
