So I was torn between 2 – 3 but it was closer to a two so that’s what I’ll go with I took my son here for breakfast yesterday we were greeted and seated quickly but our server took ten minutes to say hello and take drink order she came back with our drinks we both ordered and she was very polite joked with my son for a second and took off it took 50 minutes to get our food! They were slightly busy as it was Saturday morning but that’s entirely to long for eggs and bacon the food was average no complaints everything was hot and properly cooked my over medium eggs were perfect so all in all a decent experience but I won’t be back this is my 3rd time here and the third time I did not enjoy my stay.

Wasn’t too thrilled with my Bob Evans experience. We went to Bob Evans on a late Sunday night, around closing time they started to vacuum throughout the entire inside of the dining room area. They were also rude to PaPaw Who is an elderly individual. He clearly does not know how to use computers too well and when he was prompted for a tip The waiter seemed very agitated that he did not know how to use a computer. Like. Seriously. Get over yourself. Can’t complain about the food except for the fact that PaPaw received day old biscuits. Also what type of restaurant charges $ 12.50 for candles? I mean they smell good but so do Walmart’s, and those are only five dollars. Bacon was crispy. Bread was fluffy. Biscuits not so much. I think I will be taking my talents to Cracker Barrel across the road next time. Peace out Bob.

I can see why this place isn’t rated high. My waitress for my area Lynn was completely rude and unprofessional. I heard this old man order his food and she was just flat ass mean. I wanted to get up and say something, being I was sick I didn’t! She yells across the restaurant, tacky as can be. She took my order chicken soup and salad and orange juice. As I said I was sick so, I barely ate, she acted mad, I said I was sick, then she brings the old man his food, she said is that OK for you? He said his eggs were burned, she replied well you want me replace them? Rudely! He was so thrown back by her rude attitude he kept them. She walked off shaking her head. I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again. To boot, the manager and servers and cashier was standing around talking the whole time. If Bob Evans cared enough about their customers, they would fire this whole crew and get good staff members! This isn’t the first time I’ve been here, and the service has never been good so now I’m announcing it! Go to crackel barrel at least you might have a better breakfast and be treated with respect.

I came in for lunch with a friend. We are both well employed and well educated African American women. The restaurant was fairly empty maybe 8 of the 50 tables had small groups of Caucasian people seated at them. My friend and I waited for 20 minutes before a server came to see about us. During that 20 minutes the table in front of us, the table behind us and the table beside us had older Caucasian people seated at them. They were waited on and had their food served before we ever had our drink orders taken. Finally the waitress Stefanie, one all white females staffers(servers/hostesses), who would cut her eyes away everytime I looked at her came to the table to take our drink order when she saw we were putting on our coats. We are absolutely displeased with this Bob Evans service. I’m disappointed in Bob Evans staff who proceeded to serve and dance around the other tables serving the older Caucasian clientele while completely disregarding our presence.

I gave one star because I don’t have the option for less. Terrible customer service from the kids that sat us to the manager I’m still waiting to talk to. Got here at 11:30 we needed a table for 7 at 11:50 a party of 15 walked in. At 11:55 the party of 15 got seated. Still waiting on the manager. Finally got seated at 12:15. Still waiting on the manager. We have it been very unhappy at this B. E. For a while now. It’s just not the B. E’s of the past. I will not be back. Just finished our breakfast. Our waitress was great. Had to ask for the manager at the register. We will not return.

Been to many Bob Evans this one has PROBLEMS! #1 two waitresses were arguing in dining room area about table assignents.really.#2 no egg beaters for the be fit bfast wth so much for eating healthy #3 took 15″ for a coffee refill. My advice eat across the street at cracker barrels or any other bfast place may be more enjoyable. As for bobs staff at this restraunt Lighten up and smile.

Worst curbside carry pick-up experience. I waited in my car over double the time they estimated the food would take. This place is a disappointment unfortunately

Wife and I went in for breakfast after we got the menu we sat for 15 min. and no waitress ever showed up so we got up and left. It looked like they had only 1 waitress for the whole restaurant. Short of help.

Don’t waste your time. Go across the street to Cracker Barrel. We stopped in about 8 pm and the staff seemed more concerned with leaving than customers. Our meals sat at the window waiting for the waitress to pick it up. When we got it, the food was no longer hot. The brioche french toast was unremarkable. The boasted chicken was dry, which is hard to with dark meat. In all, this visit was a good reminder of why we stopped going there.

Terrible service. Ordered coffee and never saw the waitress again. I get being busy, but she just plain 8 gored us after we ordered.

We stopped here for dinner the first night of our road trip. It was my first Bob Evan’s experience. The service could’ve been better. It wasn’t horrible or anything. The food was mediocre.

This location is really spotty as far as service and food quality. You are definitely rolling the dice; when it’s an ‘on’ night, they can be a solid 3⁄5 stars. It’s when it’s an off night when you experience really poor service recovery. There’s a lot of competing restaurants around this area, so you might consider one that is a bit more consistent.

Think all Bob Evans restaurants are alike? Think again. My husband’s grandfather preferred this one to all others. He drove here most days for breakfast even though there was another Bob Evans much closer to his home. The waitresses all knew him and called him«Mr. Ed» and whenever we visited we were treated like celebrities. Shortly after my husband and I got married was my first visit to this Bob Evans and as soon as we sat down at the table one of the waitresses said, «and you must be DeDe, Nick’s new wife!» Remarkable. While I am not a Bob Evans connoisseur, the food here always came second to the company. But I have to say I always enjoyed my pancakes and/or eggs with bacon and grits. The coffee is free flowing and the waitresses always do a good job of remembering who has decaf and who has regular. Nick’s grandfather passed away last month and it’s unlikely we’ll have many occasions to go back to his favorite Bob Evans. But if you ever drop in, make sure you tell them that«Mr. Ed’s» family enjoyed our meals here and appreciated the special attention we always received.
