These guys have been absolutely wonderful! It’s evident that they care about quality and understand the value of treating people right. They helped me out immensely when my heater went out and I was told elsewhere I couldn’t get a new furnace and have it installed for at least another week. Because of the delay, I had to go to an outside contractor which wasn’t covered under my home warranty– thankfully, Butler was there and willing to help me find the optimal, affordable solution! I can rest easy tonight knowing my family is safe and warm. I will likely be calling them first thing when I’m ready to replace my air conditioner as well! We’re truly grateful for Eddie and Mark, and everyone else at Butler, you will highly recommended to everyone I know!
