Centerville Pizza & Bbq

I’m almost hesitant to write this review because for years I’ve felt like Centerville Pizza is my little secret. Of course everyone knows Marion’s or LaRosa’s as local favorites but I would argue that Centerville Pizza is much more delicious. The crust is always perfectly cooked and not too thick and doughy. The sauce is so flavorful! And the toppings and always fresh. This has definitely been of my favorites for many years!

I am here eating broasted chicken with my beautiful wife. It is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend if you’re looking for good broasted fried chicken this is the only place to go! So juicy yet crispy! I may write a love song about this establish!

Haven’t been here in awhile. I became a big fan when they took over the old Hungry Howies and somehow managed to be able to keep some of the same menu items. The one I always ordered was the (what we called) Italian Calzone. Turns out it was what they just called a «sandwich». I would counter that by saying it’s a baked gyro with sub/​hoagie ingredients. Basically a folded thin pizza dough with Italian meat, banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, Italian dressing, and some kind of crumbly semi-​soft cheese, feta perhaps, with parmesean and olive oil sprinkled on top. Goddamn it was good. Was underemployed at the time so my budget for takeout was $ 0, but i would still splurge once a week, every week for 6 months, for one of those. Considering how much i love take out, that is really saying something.
I consider these guys an early inspiration… Since then i never avoid trying an unfamiliar place just because it’s small, out of the way, or doesn’t have a fancy sign like it’s neighbor chain restaurants.

I have tried this place multiple times. I am a fan. I have had their pizza, sandwiches, and broasted chicken. It’s all good. The owner is very friendly and operates a great local business. Give them a shot. It’s good.

Just thought I’d take a minute and write a review about this awesome little place. This is by far the best pizza that my wife and I have ever had. We order from them at least 2 times a week, we can’t get enough of it. DELICIOUS!!!

Got to change this to 5 stars because I’ve been chowing down on the chicken lately and I love the BBQ sauce.

Fantastic buttery crust reminiscent of the first time you had Pizza Hut in the 80s (I mean this as a compliment.) We ordered a large Hawaiian and a large deluxe for 2 adults and 3 small kids and had almost half a pizza leftover. The slices are very filling. I’d say that at over $ 40 for two pies, it’s a bit pricey.

Great broasted chicken, slaw, BBQ sauce ribs and pulled pork. Can’t wait to try the pizza and wings!

Best pizza in town! Handmade crust, flavored upon request. Fresh ingredients and monthly special pizzas designed by the owner. He is there most times we go there. My daughter will not eat other pizza or Italian subs! Her fav wings are there too. Garlic parm wings. Mmmmmmm. Highly recommend!
