Great little hobby shop in Kettering. Its been there since I was a child, and I’m glad they are still there. The shop is very tidy, and the fellows working there are very friendly and helpful.
They are very competitive with internet prices and better yet, you get hands on experience and charm. Places like this are rare anymore and I hope Smittys continues to be around for years to come.

A real old-​school hobby shop. In this location since the ‘70s, in business since the ‘40s. Carries a lot of trains, and a good assortment of plastic kits, toys, etc. There are a bunch of display cases with finished models, most incredibly well-​done.
This kind of place is getting more and more rare; thankfully there are a few left, and they deserve your support. The staff was very helpful, the store was well-​arranged, and they can order anything they don’t have.
