I ordered Mother’s Day flowers from them. The bouquet I paid for & the bouquet she received looked NOTHING alike. Not even the vase. Why even offer the arrangement if you don’t carry those flowers in stock?!
They did deliver on time, and that is why i gave them 2 stars instead of one.

I needed to send flowers to my mom-​in-​law in Florida so my local florist had these people on their list to use. They have since deleted them from their list AND reported them to the Florists Association. Artistic Florist took the order via phone and next day sent MY florist a confirmation that the bouquet was delivered. It never was and they admitted it. To make amends they would send an upgraded bouquet the next day. It arrived 2days later and was ½ dead. It was not accepted and sent back. They did send another fresh bouquet the following day. This business is not only unorganized but they are liars and unethical. BAD business practices for sure. Do not use them…
