Wow. Came with a group. 4 people wound up Getting a refund and finding another place. Holes in Windows, bugs, doors that would not open. The place made my skin crawl. Maintenance guys were nice. That is all I can say positively.

Do not stay here! I booked a reservation here for two nights. The next morning after night one a man knocked on my door around 11:45am while I was in the shower with the«do not disturb» placard on my door. My girlfriend and I yelled«no thank you, come back later!» The man entered anyway. Luckily, I had a towel around my waist while the man exclaimed to me that«check out time is at noon and this room needs to be cleared by then.» After finally convincing the guy with the walkie talkie that I had purchased the room for two nights he left. I had to get a new keycard from the front desk however which had to be «reprogrammed» several times during the stay. People and their unattended dogs live here. Barking starts around 8am and doesn’t stop until their owner gets home. Doors do not close because they are not hung correctly, maid service is «every other day,» and the Inn itself is quite old/rotting to say the least as much of the property is «under construction.» Ocean view, easy beach access, and great location are the only pros I can comment on. Price was reasonable, if you are looking for a «low quality» experience.

Location is great, but triple check your room before to go to bed, I got killed with bug beds, first night I thought they were moskitos, but then I realized it was just me waking up in the morning with more and more all over my body… horrible experience, if you can afford a better and cleaner hotel, do it!!! I’m NEVER staying here again!!!

I’ve stayed at worse when I was dirt poor and needed to lay flat for a few hours. If you can afford to drive 10 minutes farther or pay $ 10 more do it this time. I already got moved once and I’m tired but I don’t want you to leap without looking. For the price and location I guess it’s amazing but I don’t want to see missing plaster and grout. I don’t want to see holes in the bed matting. I don’t want to see the back door swinging open with only the chain to secure it. And i don’t want to have to take the globe off the fan to turn out the light. However, if you want to be on the ocean right here at this location above two bars and a major entrance to the beach with two micro queen beds, this might be an ideal find for you. Maybe the other rooms are better.

Having a blast… this place is not that bad. Our room was clean, the desk staff are awesome… the pool is clean… great place for the price

It’s okay. You essentially have a 50⁄50 shot of having a nice room or a room that will haunt your nightmares. The lobby is nice, the pool is clean, some awesome people running the bar, and the oceanfront view is good. The wifi is a total joke though. Overall it’s not bad, but it’s not great either.

The Tropical Ghetto The place seriously is «janky» on the outside, some of the rooms inside are as well. Our first room was disgusting with beds that drooped in the middle… Not comfy. Our second room is pretty decent but still had the droopy beds, second worst place I’ve ever stayed in… Only beat by a Howard Johnson in Panama City, it had metal bunk beds, really classy. I’ll never be staying here again, may I suggest the Plaza or Hilton down the street. Next time I’m booking a lil more in advance, there’s a reason this was the only place available. PS… I found out from some locals that this was rated the third worst hotel in America.
