CLOSED DUE TO FIRE! They are currently closed due to a fire as of 12÷4÷2015. There is no visible structure damage so hopefully they will be open again soon.

Great food! Great people. Can’t wait for it to open back up. Hope no one was hurt during the fire.

There were shrimp for shrimp in my broccoli cheddar soup
Very unhappy should I send it back I think so I don’t know if I’m going to continue eating my order is not here yet I can’t believe that their shrimp in the soup

Our Outlaw Ribeyes were tender, juicy, delicious and perfectly grilled. Our server was absolutely excellent and the Perfect Margaritas were just that. Perfect. I’ve eaten steak at several Longhorn locations, and this meal was spot on from begjnning to end. We live near Daytona now and will be regulars at this establishment.

Dryest ‘hamburger’ I’ve ever eaten. Would never recommend it to anybody. I’m very disappointed with this restaurant.

Except for getting the temperature of our steaks reversed (graciously corrected) Kurt, our server, could not have been more in tune to our dining experience. Nice job and I really like their signature steak sauce.

I have been here 3 times since I moved to Daytona, each time I have done takeout. 2 of the three times I have had issues either with poor customer service or with my order not being complete. Both of the times I had an issue I was contacted by a manager to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately both times I was asked for my address so that they could send a gift card to entice me to return but never received such a card. These people will lie to placate you and get you off the phone or to get you to change your review. I would suggest the many local restaurants with better food and customer service vs going here.

The food is always great! The service is good. The price is right too! You can always count on them to cook the food just the way you want it.

The bartender was extremely rude. hardly anyone was at the bar and I was quietly waiting for my to go order. I had a well sized order few adult entrees and I simply asked for bread while I was waiting (been there already 25 min) and he snapped a rude answer «it will be in the bag «not once did he check on me or offer a drink. I would understand if I only ordered a single dish but I ordered multiple. Defiantly enough to have a loaf of bread. Extreme turn off … He wanted nothing to do with me simply because I was a Togo order. Don’t think I will be back for awhile.

The Good: Our food was simply amazing! Steaks are a hefty size and cooked to perfection. I like my steak medium-​well and they hit the nail on the head. It was tender, juicy, and extremely flavorful.
I highly recommend the house-​made steak sauce (Although the steaks don’t NEED a sauce) at the extra cost of about $ 2. They bring a dish to your table with a heating element inside and the waitress will cook the sauce at your table. First, she added onion, garlic, and herbs to the heated element. Then she added sauce and continued to cook. She also gave me another side dish of various seasonings and hot sauces to add to my steak sauce, so I could customize it how I like. It was quite the conversational piece at the table.
The Bad: Our waitress seemed to ignore our calls when we first sat down. It took a long time to get menus, drinks, and our food. Everything took way longer than it needed to. We didn’t get to order our food until after 30 minutes from when we sat down.
The food was well worth the wait so I’ll definitely be back. Maybe I’ll eat a small snack before I go next time.

One of my favorite spots, there a wide variety of items on their menu and desserts! To make things better, I received a gift card for Christmas and I definitely took advantage of it. My steak was cooked just like I ordered it, and it was hot and juicy. As a side item, I ordered the Mac and cheese and a salad. I drank a nice cold blue moon beer and called it a night. My meal was perfect. However, the reason why I docked a star was because the bartender (I sat at bar) does not have any people skills. He checked on my once or twice, with an attitude. When I told him I would be paying with a gift card he rolled his eyes. I don’t know if that makes me any less than any other customer or if he was just having a bad day. But that’s clearly not the way to treat your customers.

It is absolutely disgusting! Infested with Roaches! A huge roach fell on our table from the ceiling, when we complained, they did Nothing about it, they acted like its a frequent matter. ended up paying and not eating. Will never go there again!

I came here to enjoy a nice meal and watch the Heat game. Bar area was empty WHOO HOO and the TV was already on espn (+). The bartender was on the ball. I ordered an appetizer (Wild West Shrimp) good portion in comparison to other locations. For my entrée I ordered the NY Strip (well done) didn’t come out well done, but hell it was still good. My broccoli could have been steamed a little longer, but hell it was still A-​ok. Although my friend did send her broccoli back twice due to the fact it was mad hard, subsequently she changed her side since they couldn’t get it to her standards. All in all good night and Miami won.

I have been here twice in the past two months and the service and food were amazing and consistent both times. I will be coming back.

better than outback

Longhorn is A-​Ok. I know this is a steakhouse, but I have to give a shout-​out for the grilled salmon. It was delicious and served with rice pilaf. Also, they have a spicy shrimp appetizer… Wild West Shrimp! The menu describes this dish as crispy, hand-​battered shrimp with spicy cherry peppers, garlic butter and housemade Ranch dressing. If you like a little spice, go for it! So… even if you are not a big red-​meat eater, check out Longhorn. There’s something for EVERYONE!

Great food and a lot of it too. A little pricy but well worth it! The kids menu is one of the best.

So. my fiancé and I went to Longhorn this evening for dinner, since, we had a gift card still from Christmas.
We were greeted upon entering the restaurant and then brought over to a large booth (much appreciated!). Our favorite server Stephanie wasn’t there tonight– so, we got stranded with another server, Sarah (who was AWFUL!).
I started off with the Steakhouse BLT salad– which was delicious. A few pieces of the lettuce were brown (but, that’s the norm for Longhorn.) It had a great peppercorn ranch dressing with four slices of crispy bacon! Plus, shaved Parmesan cheese on the top.
I ordered the 6 oz sirloin and lobster baked potato, which was amazing. My only complaint with the potato is that, all of the toppings are on top, and once you eat the toppings, its just another bland tater.
My fiancé had the Bone-​In fire grilled steak, which had a great flavor to it, he said that he would definitely order it again.
As for the food it was delicious, the service, not so much.
Our salads were brought by another server, who also dropped off our entrees. The hostess cleared our dishes and brought us more bread. Leaving nothing for our server to do, which, was what she was doing anyway, nothing. She checked on us twice while we were eating and then never appeared until we were ready for our check. We were only 1 of her 4 tables, and I noticed that the tables who had less then 4 people, were more or less ignored.
To quote my fiancé, «its either the food is great and the service sucks, or the food sucks and the service is great.» Yep, he is right on the money!
My reasoning for a «2»: I have experienced better at this location. I’m going to take a break from Longhorn for awhile and hope that things will get better soon.

Exquisite cuisine. As the many $ signs above states, very expensive. This is a once or twice a year restaurant for me for budgetary reasons. However, though pricey, the food is worth every dime. Everything I have eaten was very good. The soup, the bread, the seafood, the steaks, everything.
This is a great place to go on a date or an anniversary. Very nice place to eat.

So apparently we don’t have a longhorn branch of this chain on the west coast, but when i stopped here to fuel up the night before the Daytona 24 HRs this 2010, i wasn’t expecting a house of prime rib.
To be honest, it’s not far off what you’d expect from a really nice steakhouse, and the prices are VERY affordable. This joint will win my choice of returning, especially if it’s compared to Outback!
