I always am satisfied here. Low key, not fancy but real people who work hard and make good sushi. often I just get the avacado sushi app because it always makes me happy.

I cannot believe the poor reviews for this place. I’ve eaten sushi all over the world and this is some of the best I’ve ever had. The owners are outrageously nice and always over the top kind to us and share new recipes, make us milk shakes, do whatever they can to make us feel at home. Give this joint another shot. Grab a stuffed avocado and have a conversation with the owner. This place really is a gem!

They are so nice here and it’s a great place for some quick sushi. My favorites are the stuffed avocado appetizer(so delicious) and the ceviche roll. Not the biggest or most beautiful sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to but perfectly yummy and had great service!

I saw some very good reviews on the sushi in this restaurant. we went there and ordered lunch to go. I had ordered the sushi and sashimi boat for one and the Rainbow roll. When we got back to our hotel we were very diappointed. they added the Rainbow roll as part of our boat and didnt give us the roll that was suppose to come with the boat. The fish was room temperature and didnt taste fresh at all. And on top of this they charged us 27.00 for a lunch menu boat for one. very diappointed!

Chicken strips were a bit old, probably thawed yesterday. Coconut soup veggies were a bit chewy too, but we were the first customers of the day. Spice on curry pumpkin was good, but had to remove chicken. Could be better and maybe it is. Staff was very nice.

My first visit of many for sure! The staff was welcoming and the sushi is amazing! I recommend the San Francisco Roll. My only regret is not being able to stay there and enjoy my meal and the company. I had to take my food to go but next time I’m there I will stay and enjoy it. The menu is full of Japanese and Thai choices that are a bit hard to choose from because they all look so good.

I have such mixed emotions about this place… I was very excited to go to lunch at Namo Sushi because of all the wonderful Unilocal reviews. I even reviewed the website in advance in anticipation of my visit. I loved the menu that I saw on the website because it had both Japanese and Thai items! All of the descriptions looked so delicious! Finally, I made it to Namo for lunch! The location is in a remodeled house, which was previously owned by Zen Bistro. I was very much surprised at how much remodeling had occurred since Zen Bistro moved. Finally, I was seated and ready to enjoy my meal! Service was great! The first thing I noticed was how dirty and sticky my table was, which was off-putting. At the same time, I heard the microwave whirring and the bell ring(after the microwave goes off). I couldn’t help but wonder what was being reheated under that plastic wrap instead of being freshly made. Nevertheless, I ordered Thai Dumplings as an appetizer. Six dumplings came with a tasty sauce. The flavors were actually delicious, but I could tell that the dumplings were not fresh and had been reheated. They seemed to be made of ground chicken. For my entrée, I ordered Veggies with Thai Basil sauce. I was a bit disappointed with the quality and freshness of my dish. I began to open the condiment tray, with its chilis and spices, and found a fly in the chili sauce. This just made me feel that the place really wasn’t that clean. Foil paper covered the soy sauce bottles on my table instead of the actual lids. That was different. I also saw a half peeled yam/sweet potato laying on the counter by the cash register. That was odd too. Gnats were flying around during my meal. I had to brush them off my lunch mate’s shirt. Overall, I must swim against the tide of the fabulous reviews from my fellow UnilocalERS. My experience was a disappointment. I really wanted to love you, Namo.

Saw a previous review early today but only had a short time for a lunch. Very accommodating and set me up with some eel, octopus, and a spicy conch roll. Sorry to say, no time for sake or Ichiban today! They recently opened but they have their act together. The sushi chef is originally from San Francisco and knows his fish. Will be back soon as I get to Daytona about 3x per year!

Great service and thai food, ok prices. FRIEDBANANA was fantastic, the best I’ve ever had! it was not too heavy or sweet, and each order was fairly large(i.e. enough for 2 people, unless you really love dessert and still hungry). I had the PANANGCURRY which was very good and came in a large portion. Friends had REDCURRY and PADTHAI with tofu, I had a taste of theirs and thought it was very good. The service was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. They also serve sushi here, looks like a very good selection on the menu, will have to come back and try the sushi sometime. The thai entrees cost about $ 12 and include a miso soup or salad.

New local place that just opened for a month. It was good. I had the pad thai and I was good. It is also a sushi restaurant but I didn’t try it out. I recommend trying it out. But don’t expect amazing things
