Great wait staff that took their time to explain the menu to us. They gave us complimentary chips and salsa, as it was our first time at this chain restaurant. The food was very fresh and was a wonderful lunch for the family.

I mainly go for taco Tuesday and burrito Thursday because the regular menu prices are a little high, but the food is good (and filling) and the service is excellent.
The owner of this franchise and his staff are fantastic, they strive to make each customer feel like the #1 priority, even when the line extends the length of the restaurant… which it does.

Completely disappointed with the cleanliness of the entire place, I got to the register and got completely grossed out. I have been to this location several times and rated it high. I decided not to eat here and talked to the manager about the issues that I saw and why I was leaving. I almost never do that but I felt your company deserved the chance to fix it.

Customer service is such a critical part of a restaurant experience … But We sometime become complacent. After 4 mins in Tijuana Flats I realize there ARE higher calibers of service. The girls at this restaurant go above and beyond to take care of the customers. Whether just friendly chatter, getting up and walking their customers to the door while holding it open thanking them for their business, or simply smiling and maintaining a joyful atmosphere… They are AT THE Top echelon of customer service.
Food: I had a bowl and enjoyed some of the CRAZY HOT sauces and salsas. If you like hot sauce or know someone who does … This is the place. They have about 10 different sauces ranging from mild to endorphin rush! I am sold and will be back.

Tijuana Flats is always good. This particular location totally exceeded my expectations with their customer service. They were super friendly and extremely helpful in accommodating our large loud party. :) The entire crew was awesome and the manager? Even came over and took care of my mom when he noticed she didn’t like her food she had purchased from another restaurant… now if that’s not awesome service I don’t know what is. Thanks for a great dining experience.

Love this place before and after races. Josh and the gang are awesome, beer is ice cold and makes you think you’re at some cool beach bar in Mexico only better because you can hear the sound of race cars on the track. Keep up the good work gang!

Very good food. The bangin chicken burrito and enchiladas were amazing. The chips and queso were so fresh and on point. The customer service was spectacular, a gentleman dropped what he was doing to help us. I will definitely be returning. Added to my list of favorite restaurants!

Ordered a bean burrito vegan style. Said put all the veggies on but no sour cream or cheese. Got it with sour cream and cheese. Sent it back. Comes out again, this time with no beans. FACEPALM. It’s tasty and they check on you a lot, almost an absurd amount. Tons of cool hot sauces, the place just feels amateur as hell in all respects.

Not really good at all… Thought it’d be closer to authentic Mexican but so far from it. (Disappointed Californian as well). The only upside was it was pretty cute inside and the service was very fast.

Decent food for what you pay and the hot sauce selection is amazing! Only problem is that the servers are really persistent about making sure you are ok checking on you about every 5 minutes

The food is quite tasty and the portions are plentiful. Prices are what you would expect. There is parking behind the building and you can enter through the back door. However, if you are a newbie, you’ll be looking around for a menu. When we visited, the menus were situated where you’d only notice them if you came in through the front door. We ended up asking another customer where the menus were. Soon after, other customers, in turn, asked us where the menus were. After you place your order and pay, you have to find a table and your food will be brought to you. We had trouble finding a clean table. We ended up wiping down our own table and removing trash. In spite of this, the place was very busy and people seem to really enjoy Tijuana Flats. The food was tasty and we would return for the food.

This is a hidden location behind some trees in a strip mall but it wasn’t too had to find. It’s a good thing there is a turn signal on the blvd to turn right in.
I was a huge fan of chipotle but the more I go to them the more I find that they won’t make adjustments to your needs.
I’m glad this chain makes changes to your order as you would like them too. Even willing to separate a burrito in half and wrap them separate it. The steak burrito was pretty good by the way and it came with chips.
I ordered the steak bowl and it was a hearty amount. It was topped with some lettuce and tomato with sour cream also and melted cheese inside.
Their sauce bar is great. Sissy sauces to very hot sauces. There’s a fountain drink with your standard drinks and root beer!
