Exposure Photo Booths

This was the WORST company to work with for my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. The photo booth they sent did not work. My guests didn’t get any photo strips. We were told that night that we would receive by Tuesday a memory book with copies of all of the photos that were taken when they could print them back at their store. That didn’t happen. Nothing that was in my contract was fulfilled. They finally posted the photos online, but when I try to download them they are blurry. The owner Eman has never contacted me herself. I had to call numerous times and when someone finally talked to me it was not the owner. She should refund my deposit and give me the printouts since it was a once in a lifetime occasion that can’t be repeated. My guests will never get their photos which is the whole point of a photo booth. BEWARE of this horrible company!

Unprofessional owner. Very bad communication. Takes weeks to return emails and phone calls. Cancelled due to communications issues and she promised a refund but when she found out we got another company’s booth she refused the refund.
This was her email why she didn’t give back the refund:
I’m sorry for the late reply and not sending the refund however, it came to my attention that you did have a photo booth at your reunion. My agreeing to issue the refund was under the assumption that you were not having a photo booth because it wasn’t in your budget.
I apologize for any inconvenience but I did put thought into this and discussed the issue with several other business minds that agree with my decision.
