I don’t eat fast food all that often anymore, but I visited this location. Haven’t been here for a while, but I had been here a few times when lived in Dearborn. I would order the BK big fish with a side of fries. The sandwich was always very sloppy. Often the lettuce would be one big clump in the middle of the sandwich rather then spread out, and the same goes with the tarter sauce which was never evenly distributed. The lettuce on one a occasion, the last time I ever went here, was all brown. The fish filet tasted old, and the edges of the patty were tougher than they should be. The fries were also somehow off at this location. They were not as crispy as your regular BK fries. I will not be visiting this BK again if I decided I wanted fast food. There are other BK restaurants in the city that have much better quality and consistency.

The service here is terrible. I don’t mind the wait for the food because it is fresh. But the cashiers are dreadful to deal with. Generally, the order is correct, and the food fresh and hot… But seriously slow and unfriendly.
