I had a weekend appointment and the optical assistant complained to me about having to work on the weekend. Staff at the desk has had trouble answering pretty simple questions. There is a lack of basic professionalism here. Otherwise I found the services just standard and the prices a bit high. A solid C grade. I’m returning to my old out of network optometrist, he’s a gem in comparison.

I can say in two perspectives. 1. Optimology — Eye Exam Doctors and Technicians helped me are so kind and so good. They explained the side effects about the eye liquid for eye exam. Also, doctors cared some suspicious spots on my right eyes. They double-checked my eyes.(although it turned out nothing serious or critical.) I do recommend their service. 2. Experience of Purchasing Glasses. I am kind of a picky person. I understand that they are busy and that they might be tired at that day. They were kind and good, but not excellent service. I felt that they try to nudge me to choose more expensive options.(I understand. They need to make money, and it is hard.) They said that it usually take a week, but I did not received my glasses. I ordered a week ago, it is still processing. Fortunately, the receptionist on the phone gave estimated date on next week. I hope they offer quality glasses worth to my long waiting period. In addition, their glasses is pricy. I do recommend to have a vision insurance to get the service.

Was due for yearly contacts or eyeglasses, decided to get glasses this time around. Since I’ve always opt for contacts, I wanted to pick the right glasses knowing it will only be used a couple of times for the next several years to come. Picked a really great pair, added transitions and glass lenses. Literally for 3 days I went back to get them adjusted, because the glass lenses were to front heavy. Decided to change them to polycarbonate because of the light weight lenses, that would stop the glasses from sliding forward. Karen who has helped me since day one in picking out the right glasses to fit my needs, was absolutely amazing in fixing this issue for me. Actually over those three days everyone who I’ve encountered in making sure they can find a solution for my glasses were wonderful. Glad I did decide to stop in, customer service is at it’s best!

When you call this place, the immediately put you on hold because they only can afford one receptionist. Their selection of frames is good, but they’re over priced and their contact price are too high. Also, they require that you wear the sample contacts for a week and then rescheduled AGAIN with the same Doctor for a follow up. That would be fine, if you could get an appointment. Won’t be coming back to this place.
