The Mercury drive facility does not have an answering machine turned on in order to accept telephone messages after hours. Everytime I call there during normal bus hours, I can count on a big run around and spending at last a half hour on the phone. Its really not surprising. Everyone at the front desk is exceptionally rude. In fact, they set the bar for «worst customer service». Congratulations. Oakwood at mercury dr makes the secretary of state look good.
