I would first like to say that my initial experience with Dr. Felsenfeld and his staff was very good. The procedure went smoothly and the after treatment process was explained thoroughly. Having said that, I would recommend all future patients to avoid his service. The billing process was not handled correctly. They falsely pre authorized my out of pocket expenses. I called my insurance company to find out that this office did not preauthorize my out of pocket expenses. They gave me an «estimate» which was later found out to only be half of what they claimed I owed. Needless to say, they came back collecting more after the procedure for which I already paid what I was told to pay up front. In addition, Pam who handles the billing for the office laughed at me and hung up when I requested to speak to the doctor to help me resolve the matter. The amount of unprofessional conduct and unethical business practice should not be tolerated. Take ownership of the mistake and make your customers happy. Don’t laugh at us and make us turn to the Internet to get our voice heard. Please avoid Dr. Felsenfeld so you don’t have the same experience I did.

Dr. Felsenfeld is amazing! I needed to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, and for anyone that needs to have the procedure done, it can be quite daunting to think about up until the surgery. The entire process was as painless as can be. Dr. Felsenfeld went through the process in detail and explained everything to my parents and I.
The clean facilities and warm-​feeling operating rooms make you feel very comfortable. Before going under, I was waiting to fall asleep. I remember hearing calm music playing while waiting for the anesthesia to kick in. Next thing you know I’m waking up and the entire surgery is done! I couldn’t believe it. It’s been almost a week and recovery has been a breeze so far, thanks to the guidance, prescribed medications, and clear instructions from Dr. Felsenfeld and his friendly staff.
Hopefully I won’t have to return to an oral surgeon, but if I do, I know I’ll go back to Dr. Felsenfeld! :)

Dr. Felsenfeld and staff did a great job removing a tumor from the inside of my mouth, something I had been putting off for over a year, although my dentists said to «Call Felsenfeld’s office, get an appt and get it taken care of!»
They got me in to the office within a reasonable amount of time, given it was the holiday season. He did a thorough job explaining the procedure, post op instructions and then got to work, doing the surgery on the that first visit. Follow up visit was efficiently as well.
Good friendly caring atmosphere. I definitely recommend him and his staff.

I was referred to Dr. Felsenfeld by my home dentist. I was told that it was best I have my wisdom teeth removed, rather than to clean decaying, useless teeth.
SO, I made an appt with Dr. Felsenfeld’s office and I’m so glad I did.
When I went in for my first consultation, the staff and Dr. Felsenfeld were so nice and accomodating. The office was clean and looked very new. The equipment was new and updated and the offices were nice, welcoming and comfortable.
I had to have x-​rays taken and the x-​ray machine was so high-​tech! It went all the way around my head and took the pictures… there were no annoying bite-​wings or anything else to manually deal with.
Dr. Felsenfeld was nice and made me feel comfortable. He thoroughly explained the process of the wisdom teeth extraction and told me everything to expect. We continued with my first consultation and he wished me the best until we met again.
The staff completed the end of my visit by scheduling my appt and discussing payment with me.
I received a follow-​up/​reminder phone call in the week of my appt.
The day of my extraction appt, I was taken right back to the room where the procedure was to take place. I was swiftly set up with the anesthesia process. Before I knew it, I was feeling giddy and verrrry sleepy. I was also hearing what sounded like a jazzed up Black Eyed Peas instrumental. I wondered if it was coming from the overhead speakers or from a speaker in my chair or something.
Before I knew it, I was awaken and being led to the recovery room. The procedure was done! Wow! In recovery, I was given my post-​op instructions, Rx and my ride took me home.
Kudos to the staff again for today’s exceptional service and thanks to Dr. Felsenfeld for this procedure and making me feel so comfortable.
