This doctor charges more than other doctors. After my insurance paid the maximum allowed benefit he billed me for 40% more. I have 100% insurance and no deductible. He is supposedly in Network for the largest PPO in Michigan. but refuses to submit the difference to insurance. Smells like a scam. He needs to be taken off the In Network list if he’s going to be charging well beyond the customary charges. Go elsewhere.

What a jerk. Don’t bother going to this guy. He didn’t inform me of the risks of a cortisone shot (Google it), nor did he inform me of my options for treatment. I declined being treated and came home, determined to do my own research. He was also very belittling about my «pain tolerance» and not wanting a shot. Who wants a freakin needle in their foot? My reasons (preferring natural options) didn’t matter to him. He found it funny and asked me several times. He also squeezed my foot HARD, right where it hurt most. Thanks, that felt great… It throbbed for hours afterwards in that spot. NOTE TO DOCTOR: Handle injured feet with care. How do you NOT know that after 40+ years? He acted like a know-​it-​all, the complete expert on my feet literally 5 seconds after entering the room. Sure he asked me questions (after diagnosing me), but totally ignored my answers saying «Um, hmm». Like he already knew the information I was telling him, so I might as well not bother saying it. He never listened to a word I said, it was clear. I canceled my future appointment and called someone else. I should’ve read reviews before I went.
