Never been inside. I have only used the ATM. They have two ATMs on location. There is a walk-​up one in the front of the bank. There is also a drive-​up on on the side of the building. There is a sign informing of the drive-​up ATM at the front of the bank. Saw that a bit too late as I had already been waiting a while behind someone. There are two easy entrances/​exits.

My first Unilocal review. Service at this location is absolutely terrible. Have not been able to access our safe deposit box in less than 30 minutes any of the times we’ve been here.

Crazy old staff, well that located in low class in decatur and most of staffs are black and they are not that much knowledgeable to assist you in any circumstances, waisting a lot of time to see no body have common sense there, PERIOD.
