walked in to buy some 1Q pipe tobacco. The woman (owner?) was very friendly and helpful. Tobacco was fresh. Price was very good. I’ll be back. It’s a good stop on a walk through downtown Decatur.

Reasonable cigar prices and good selection, notice the other reviewers talking about cigarettes etc. If you’re in a pinch for a cigar in Decatur it’s a good option.

I would put a No Stars but that’s not an option… What ever you do. don’t buy here. NOT what you want. I bought a dozen disposable hookahs… the next day I tried to returned them unopened or even touched really because they stayed in the bag… LIKE UNTOUCHED seriously… I never even looked at them… they wouldn’t take them back. Probably because they’re hard up for cash– NO ONE shops there because they are awful and overpriced. You can go online and get the same thing for $ 7 I paid like $ 11.

Went in to buy pipe tobacco. They had several types; not a great selection, but enough to get by. Got my selection weighed and headed to the counter. TEN DOLLAR MINIMUM to use a debit/​credit card. She tried to tell me it would cost her a dollar to run the card — fees for running cards are from 1 – 3.5%, though (which would amount to about 10 cents for my purchase). By her calculation she would be paying a fee of 33%. Uh, no. Also, imposing a fee or minimum purchase amount for using a DEBIT card is ILLEGAL.
In the age of Square card readers and other free services, this is unacceptable and just down right stupid from a business perspective. I’m not about to spend an extra 7 or 8 bucks just because a business owner is too stupid to invest in modern practices, is either willfully breaking the law or completely ignorant of it, and is downright lying when saying she’ll have to pay a dollar on a $ 3.50 debit card payment.

Nah. I live within walking distance and just recently started rolling my own, so i figured i would give it a chance since i usually have to drive over to puff n’ stuff over on lawrenceville highway. needless to say from my rating, i continue to go to puff n’ stuff. won’t shop here.
VERY overpriced. filters were twice the price as at puff n’ stuff and the lady seemed more interested in maintaining her comfortable spot on the couch than helping me. she actually sort of gave me the once over when i came in and was not quick to smile. maybe i remind her of someone? anyway, won’t go back.
