Joe May Valet Cleaners

If I could give less than a one star review, I would. I dropped off my couch covers to be cleaned on a Friday. They told me they could clean them no problem and they would be done the following Friday. They weren’t ready for two weeks and when they finally found them, I paid my money and was just happy to have them back. I want to sit on my couch again. My fault for not checking them before I left, but when I got home we quickly realized they they were not cleaned at all. Bottom line, they won’t refund us the money. They would rather «try again» but I’m not leaving my covers with them at all, much less anything else.
Very unhappy with the service I was given and the performance of their job and I would urge you to find somewhere else to go and spend your money on.

Joe May is an excelllent dry cleaning service. We have used them for years and never had any problems. Our order is always complete, on time, and in excellent shape. The staff is courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
