Buying mattresses is generally a nightmare. However, Nick and his mattress firm co-​workers were great to work with and made the process as easy as possible. We had an idea of what we wanted and a fair price, we sat on a few beds, Nick provided some advice and we made an offer. 20 minutes so far. Nick determined what he could do, we agreed on a price and Nick offered the details on delivery and warranty. Probably 45 minutes all in. we shook hands signed the papers and the mattress arrived a few days later. Quick and painless. One star removed due to one of the delivery personnel being kind of ornery.
All in all an excellent experience. I recommend going to a place like sears first to check out options and pricing so that you have a frame of reference.
(also nice that the floor beds are much cleaner than a place like sears where I wanted to wear a full body condom to test the bed out)

My wife Sharon and I enjoyed the way Nick worked with us to get the best deal for our new mattress & box spring set. We got exactly what we wanted and stayed within our price range and budget. Everyone there was pleasant and concerned with what we were looking for and worked very hard to help us find our selection. Great Job to Nick and his team :)!

Bad service in store, worst by phone, prices not good and if you buy a clearance item forget about any kind of customer service what an easy way making the client the last priority. Half of the store is in clearance so half of the clients won’t receive any service!

We had a great experience at the North Decatur Mattress Firm. We worked with Andrew, who was super-​knowledgeable and did a great job of selling without being pushy or gimmicky. He seemed to just really understand every product in the store and what would work best for us. He did some inventory research and found us a great clearance deal on what would have been a very expensive mattress. Set up free delivery for two days later, and now we have a fabulous new mattress! I’d highly recommend this location, especially if you have a chance to work with Andrew.

I had the worst customer service experience at this store. I was told one price over then phone, then a different ($ 120 higher) price when I arrived in the store and the clerk was extremely rude. I would NEVER shop here.
