Worst experience of my life! They put way too much hair in my head and twisted way too tight. I had to take some of the twist out after the third day because my head was way too sore! I had to get my whole front redone the next day because they added too much hair to each twist when I told them not to over and over again. It was frustrating to me because I gave them a picture of me with the way I wanted my hair done again that I got done when I lived in Orlando. I should have known when I walked in because everyone’s hair including the clients hair looked a mess. They are not good period!

I’ve been here twice in the summer and fall of this year and got Senegalese twists both times. Both styles lasted me 2 months. The do tend to braid the front facing braids tighter and magically grab every baby hair (you can tell them not to because I want to grow my hedges out) i guess because thats what you see but good quality braid work.

worst hair style I ever had in my entire life… sasha rushed me out of the chair to get to the next client. its all about the money with this woman. she had no concern when I left upset and totally dissatisfied. i got crochet curls and it went left from the beginning. she braided too big and bulky… skipped over big patches of hair when crocheting and some braids had no hair attached. and the result was a hot mess. i spent $ 200 and had to have my hair redone the next day. I texted her that I needed her to fix it and she ignored it and never responded. worse not best at crocheting.

Typical Hair Braiding salon. Be prepared to walk into a small room filled with 6 – 8 women all diligently braiding hair. Braiders will float around and help each other get clients out quickly. Their quick time is their specialty. I got large twists installed the other day and my experience was great but my hair ended up looking CRAZY. From afar, my hair looks great but up close you can see the lack of care put into the twist. Let me re-​state, quick time is their specialty, two women worked on my head and got me out in 3.5 hours. Everyone was polite and appropriate but when I left I saw that a few of my twists were coming undone. I had to return and Sasha finished the ends of my hair herself. I paid 130 which I thought was way too expensive since I’ve had higher quality for less. I saw a few other ladies getting their hair done, one was getting small twists and the other two were getting small box braids. From afar, their hair styles look amazing but up close its a HOT MESS.
I ONLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE IF UR GONNA TAKE THE BRAIDS OUT WITHIN THE WEEK.

The quality of the twists looked good but they were braiding so tight my hair was ripped out when i put in a ponytail. Sasha didn’t twist my hair but her sister did and complained the whole time about how much hair I had. Also later as I took out twists i realized they put too much of my hair in one micro twist in the back of my head. I also used the coupon from their website and they had an attitude about accepting the $ 10 off. The shop is in a shopping center with a lot of foot traffic. I was not offered any snacks or drinks like website says. They charge a fee for cards walked half hair braided to atm in strip. although quality was good, the service and the dangerous area wouldn’t make me return. but if you can put up with it you should go as everyone complemented my Senegalese twists.

Not good… PERIOD! Poor time management, police called several times for a young lady whom after all the hoopla was let back in the shop; very awkward & uncomfortable situation, to say the least. The workers where tired by midday & took it out on the clients by making them slouch uncomfortably in the chair so they could sit & yanking the clients hair to THEIR desired positioning. Lack-​luster services at higher than quoted price. Free snacks advertised, none offered. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Braider/​stylist was late, charged a higher price than originally quoted, style wasn’t neat, looked like something I could have done at home with no braiding experience, friendly but not great for business, I wouldn’t recommend nor return.
