Very clean, very rude The store was being cleaned and they had boxes prepped for catering, everything looked cleaned and polished. There was a tall lady working who was being talked to like a dog of their family. The shorter lady fixed my sandwich and made sure to sprinkle 2 onion slices and 2 slices of green pepper — I Understand making a profit, but it’s an onion! I had the meal deal, I had to ask for my drink but the cashier walked away. The helper had to tell me where cups and lids were. There was no one else in the store so clearly she wanted me to forget my drip Cheap and rude– skip it

I know, it’s a Subway. But my family and I have been grabbing quick subs here for a long time. And the thing that remains constant throughout these interactions: staff here is kind. «Kind» is not a word I use lightly. A few times I’ve sat and watched and listened. The folks behind the counter have fun. They know many of their guests, some of them on a first-name basis. They treat their customer’s children like their own. And they are kind. They’re patient with their sandwich artistry – even if there is a line. They’re making sure they get things right. And they do it with a little laughter and some actual kindness. Yeah, I know, it’s a Subway. And the people here are lovely. I’ll happily meet you there. Holler if you’re coming with.

Don’t you feel bad when you have to write a horrible review even though you received good customer service? Doesn’t happen too often, right? Well last week I was moving some things into a studio space and craved a tuna sub for lunch. I hate when you’re with a group and its your idea to get something and it sucks — BAD! We walk in and the staff was cleaning the top of the oven — good sign(at least they keep it top notch — so I thought). So the dude slices the bread to put all the toppings on and the bread breaks. He claims that he cut it too much. This should’ve been my first sign that something was wrong but he was distracting by talking to me. I go thru the line and he’s basically measuring how much tuna he’s putting on the sub — really? I walk out with my friend and she says«did you notice how much they were skimping on the veggies» Poor thing cuz she got a veggie sub lol. I noticed(second red flag) and I should’ve just given up but I couldn’t WAIT to bite into that mug! I just knew it was fresh. I bite into it and its HARD as a rock! I was so disappointed. I had to break bits and pieces off the outside. Basically I had a tuna salad with chips. I wont even talk about how disgusting the«freshly brewed» tea was. NEVERAGAIN. I think this turned me off from Subway for a while.

This Subway never has the original flavored Baked Lays so I’ve stopped going. I can understand being out of them for a week… but they’re out every.single.time.

This subway is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. The staff here is seriously unfriendly and rude. The lady today had an attitude problem and seemed like she couldn’t be bothered with helping me. And I’m a polite and friendly person with a smile on my face, so its weird when I go into a place as a customer and feel more personable and warm than the staff. And forget about getting a $ 5 footlong deal. Here they are cheap and skimp on the fillings big time. Weakest footlong ever, feel like I’m eating more bread than anything and I ordered the subway club with a lot of veggies. Been here many times since I live down the street, and today was the last straw. I never complained before about the rude staff, but I’ve had enough and others should be warned. If you venture here and have a suck-y experience, know that you were forewarned :)

I mean, this is a Subway. If you’ve been to one you’ve been to them all. It gets 4 stars because I like Subway, in general. Caveat emptor: The employees are pretty much non-native English speakers so be patient when ordering.

i will be short as to not be overly rude but my experience consisted of: — the bread I ordered had been sitting so long it was actually hard at the end and very dry — the lettuce was brown — the cheese was warm(I ordered a cold sub) — the tomatoes were tasteless I didnt expect much and received even less, but I guess you get what you pay for

I think this is family run, plus some additional employees during rushes. They’re friendly and quick and I’d give this five-stars except it’s hit-or-miss with the person making my sub — sometimes they don’t put all the meat they’re supposed to on your sub, sometimes they think«lite mayo» means«TONS of lite mayo». As a result, I end up giving explicit instructions like Sally from When Harry Met Sally: «8 pieces of meat for a footlong, mayo just once across the sub, not back and forth…» I always finish my Publix trips with a bite from this Subway and I’m impressed that even when there are 15 people in line, you don’t have to wait more than a minute.

I’m with Jessie T. — the Subway Veggie Delight is a great vegetarian option. WHY do people think«vegetarian» means you live on vegetables? It just means you don’t eat meat. And the meat at Subway looks pretty substandard(no pun intended) to me, so stick with cheese, veg and bread. They bake their own bread and it’s always delightful. I loves me a 6″ veggie on honey oat bread. I get it with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, green peppers, olives, what they call«spicy mustard,» oil and vinegar, salt pepper oregano. The bread is always fresh, the ingredients are usually quite fresh, and the combination is delicious(and CHEAP)! I may have to to go get one for dinner now. Definitely your best option when traveling!

There are only a handful of places I can grab lunch to go as a vegetarian(if you think, «You’re a vegetarian Jessie, can’t you just grab a salad?» think again; when you’re starving, would a salad be something you would want to chow down on?) unless I know the area and know what places have veggie to go friendly menus. Subway is my road trip staple. I get the veggie delight on whatever bread I feel like, with whatever cheese(usualy cheddar) I feel like, and am good. I’ve had the Subway Veggie Max(all Subways have it; it’s a veggie patty), and trust me when I say there is a reason why it’s not on the menu. Gross gross gross. While the veggie delight is pretty much a salad on bread, at least it’s tasty. I like Subway, but I gave it only three stars because of it’s lack in veggie friendly diversity(I bet they could get some avocado action going on or something). I am indebted, however, to it, for providing me with something to eat other than a side salad and fries on long road trips with friends.
