I was purchasing a home and needed someone to perform a home inspection. Based on The Inspection Company’s positive reviews, I decided to give Michael a shot, and I definitely didn’t regret it! He was so courteous, prompt, and thorough. He even took the time to go through his report step-​by-​step to explain what he found and his recommendations. After the inspection, he followed up with me a few times to make sure I didn’t need anything else. I highly recommend TIC and will use them again in the future!

I highly recommend using Michael and The Inspection Company for your home inspection. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and clearly knows his business well.
He was prompt both in conducting the inspection but also in getting the report right back to us.
He is extremely thorough and even took the time to walk through the house with me offering advice on certain things to look out for.
With all of the stressful aspects of having a new home built, it was comforting to have someone like Michael handling such an important part of the process.

If you are looking to buy a house, I would 100% recommend using The Inspection Company. Michael came out stayed at the house for about 6 hours to check everything out. I got the very detailed report the very next day. It included pictures, recommendations and all the permit information. In a couple more days I also received the recall information for all of my appliances.
No doubt, I won’t ever use anyone else.

I have used this business for 3 (now) home inspections and … he’s the best of the best!!! Hand’s down!!! I also referred him to someone in my community and they too had an awesome experience!
He very detailed in his inspections and also reporting is great = takes lots of pictures for addl. Documentation. A little pricey but … I guess the saying «you pay for what you get» — is TRUE!
Highly Recommend!!! Very Professional.
