Love this location. Has all Gap (adult, body, baby and kids). The baby section is where I’m at these days and the Gap has great selection and prices. The people are generally friendly and seem helpful but I barely need their help as so much is easy to find:)!

Rude, unhelpful and incompetent
I bought some yoga pants in the Watertown branch and they left the security tag on. When I went to Legacy Place, my local store, they said they could not remove it for me as I had bought them from an Outlet store and their system was different.
They told me it wasn’t their problem and I needed to go to Watertown or Wrentham!
Rude and helpful in Legacy Place, incompetent in Watertown. Their customer service stinks.

Best Gap in New England! Store is impeccably organized. Clean and seems to have everything in stock. Manager Jen was extremely helpful in finding my size on a few particular items. Treated me like the only customer in the store, even though they were pretty busy. This Gap is better than the rest. Will be back again.

Hassle-​free returns found here! I was so bummed when the zipper in my jeans came off the track. It didnt break, or tear due to improper fit or normal wear. It was just defective. I wrote customer service, who said I needed to bring them in to have a manager review.
I was skeptical, and so stressed that it was going to be an aggravating experience. They took one look at the jeans and processed my return right there. No. Questions. Asked. I had worn the jeans about 10x and no longer had a receipt. It was great, and I left VERY satisfied.
They also had friendly and helpful staff, a clean organized space, and all the other goodies you can find at any other Gap.

This location is always having sales. Or maybe all Gap locations are and I just don’t notice. Hmm! Regardless, it’s a pretty clean/​organized location and I always do pretty well here (I’m a clearance-​rack shopper primarily).
