This may be the best pizza I’ve ever had!!! The bottom was crunchy but the crust was soft. Perfect!

I used to love the Philly cheesesteak sandwiches here and the one I just ate was literally trash. It was so dry and had virtually no cheese on it. Total waste of money.

One of the best Italian restaurants in the pasadena-houston area. Has a real mom and pop shop feel and the food is prepared to perfection. Pizza is great the salad is crisp and fresh and the pasta is seasoned well and has just the right amount of sauce. Favorite Italian spot for sure!

It’s been a few years since I have updated, but I also don’t come here as much. This was a work lunch with my group and it was chosen because one co-worker is vegetarian. There really aren’t a lot of vegetarian options in the Deer Park or La Porte area unless you count a salad and that probably gets annoying or frustrating after some time. Most italian places will have more veggie options whether it be pizza, ravioli or that eggplant dish everyone loves. I ordered my usual, Lite Salmon Italiano, which is basically Salmon, olive oil, pasta and some veggies. Well the salmon was overcooked. My coworkers tuna was cooked perfectly though and it was a thinner filet. Not sure how you overcook a 2-inch thick filet of salmon unless you are trying to overcook it(and yes, I requested it to be medium). I’m not one to send back unless I’m paying though and it’s on my own time. It was edible and not too fishy tasting like most overcooked salmon so I just deal with it. Then I asked about the garlic twists. I use to love these. Our waiter said he would bring some right out. We got triangular bread rolls that were very dense and no garlic or Parmesan to be found. Not at all what I remember from before and was a bit disappointed. I would maybe come here again, but I typically don’t venture to this area since more restaurants have opened on Independence. It doesn’t seem to be hurting this local favorite though since the parking lot and entrance was just as packed as it has always been. It’s definitely the place to come to if you want a pizza or typical italian food like pasta or lasagna.

That’s some good food. Fast, friendly service. As soon as you sit down you are served warm bread with an olive oil, garlic, and oregano dipping sauce. Outstanding flavor. They have some great looking dishes, pasta, shrimp, fish, and pizza. Difficult to choose. Had the chicken parmigiana, excellent, which is my standard when I go to an Italian place for the first time. Seems simple, but a lot of places screw it up. Antonio’s does not. Chicken was tender and cooked just right. Sauce has just a hint of spice and enough acid bite to cut through the fried bread crumbs. If you do not want it breaded and fried, they have a grilled version. Nice portion of cheese on the chicken, ample sauce, and a huge side of pasta. The portions are large, really large and the food is piping hot. So hot, that I actually finished my meal(well half, the rest went home with me for later) and it was till hot. I will be back to try some of their more exotic dishes.

This place is consistently good. We have never had a a bad experience. We have ordered their family trays for takeout and graduation parties and have been quite pleased. The last time I ordered, though, we did not receive enough bread nor did they put the dipping oil in the bag, neither utensils nor napkins. Maybe just an oversight but I paid $ 40 for the smaller family tray of lasagna that feeds 4 and it barely served the three of us. I even tipped $ 5 for takeout. I do believe this was just an oversight as this establishment is by far one of the best in Deer Park!

This was one of the most amazing Italian restaurant I have been too. Hope to come again. Written by my 11 year old! I have to admit this is a really nice gem. The service was attentive. The tortellini with cream sauce was delish. The chicken with veggies on the lunch menu was great too. Happy kids and happy Mom!

Decent Italian food. Spaghetti was really good, but some of the noddles was crispy. But they used enough a sauce for a good taste. Service was fast and attentive

I’ve came here at times and I’ve been very disappointed in the food and customer service. But I’ve also came in on other occasions where everything was well. That is why I’m giving it a 3 star rating.

My husband grew up eating here and was one of our first dates. Both of us being in the fitness industry this is always our first choice for re feed day!(Cheat meal) never had anything I don’t crave! Their prices make it easy for us to go all out!

Came here during a tennis tournament, based on positive Unilocalage. We like to patronize locally owned places over chains. It’s old school feeling; they brought fresh hot bread and spiced olive oil right away, yum! Crazy good. I ordered the tune steak, rare, done just right — and it came with 3 super fresh, delicious, garlic buttered grilled shrimp that made me sorry I hadn’t ordered those instead. The bow tie pasta the tuna was on was just ok, but served to soak up the nice flavored of spinach and grape tomatoes. Husband had a lite chicken dish because it came with asparagus; disappointed in just two somewhat woody stalks but didn’t ask for more. Son ordered tilapia with some nice creamy sauce and breaded shrimp; not as good as the grilled shrimp, imo, but he loved it. It was busy on Saturday night at 6, no wait when we arrived, but a line when we left.

This isn’t a five star because the food is only half of the experience(it saved this review from being 3 stars). The person who took down our names for the wait literally rolled their eyes at us, and then they sat two groups infront of us because they simply messed up. Ok, I understand, things happen and they made sure to sit us next. The staff passing out the bread and busing tables has their mean mug game on point, beyond a neutral face to straight scorn. None of the wait staff smiled either, which ok it was an hour before closing and they were tired. As a former waitress I get that and let it slide. We sat down and a lady gave us some bread by reaching being her bumping my brother with the plate and then only glanced long enough to find the table then turned around again and set the plate down with a bit of a slide resulting in olive oil sloshing onto the table. Our waitress came by and got our drink order but instead of sweet tea gave us regular. We both ordered the same item, the flounder, and gave it a 50⁄50 chance that she would only put it in as an order of one and bring an extra plate because some of the questions she ask, we just weren’t sure. She got it right though and we both dug in. The food here is amazeballs. Freshly prepared to order and delicious. Lightly fried flounder covered in a lemon Alfredo with sauteed peppers, mushrooms, and bow tie pasta with two stuffed shrimp just to blow your mind. It is worth dealing with a staff who, while not rude, definitely looks like they wish you would have just stayed home. I’ve been here before and I’ll keep coming back for the food. It’s that good.

Decent place for a quick meal. Nothing to write home about. The complimentary bread and oil is tasty. No alcohol, so how can this be an Italian place with no wine???

I forgot about this place I dined frequently in my 20s and recently reconnected with a long lost love. Food is delicious as always! And our server Pablo was fantastic. He was on point at every step of our dinner. Ending the evening with the chocolate mouse cake was amazing.

There is a reason this place is always packed in the evenings! Went with a group of friends and we had a great time! Service was great and the food was awesome! Had the grilled tuna primavera and I loooooved it! All our friends were very pleased with their food as well. You just can’t go wrong with choosing this place! Also something super awesome it’s BYOB so we were able to bring our favorite wine or beer and enjoy it with out delicious meal. Can’t wait to come back!

Its ok… nothing spectacular. Typical italian dishes. The shrimp didn’t taste very fresh– almost tasted as if though it were soaked in chlorine water. Their pizzas are very good. I usually order their pizza’s for work meetings and they are always a hit. Customer service is usually very good both in restaurant and over the phone. I order a bit of catering from them and they are always on time with their deliveries.
