Sansone used to be reputable, but not anymore. They are con artists. They have you sign-up for service agreements, then charge extra for things they say are included. I will never use them again. There are plenty of A/C service companies that honor their contracts and commitments. Stay away from these thieves!

Sansone has installed and serviced our two A/C units for 12 years. We have always been pleased with their attentive and courteous services people. When one unit needed replacement after 5 years, they offered the installation of the new unit at an affordable price. We have never been dissatisfied with customer service, service people or installers. They had to return because of a clog in the line. They were true to their word and didn’t charge for all their work. Dan is very thorough.

Sansone started out good, but when I asked them to come out and redo a service not done well, they used by service in the contract. When I spoke to Paul, he wrote another contract to make up for the missed service. However, Elaine would not honor the contract. Asked for a time delay switch to be installed, they wanted me to pay for diagnostics although I did not need it, it was something I requested! I am appalled at the poor Customer Service they have there now! Is this the way businesses think they can treat Customers? Maybe, but not the ones that want to keep coming back! I am going to another Company! I hope they understand word travels, good or bad!

I was a Sansone customer for the past 6 years. The first 5 years were great, I couldn’t refer them to enough people. Service was responded to quickly and the technicians were top notch. But something changed this past year, new management or growing too quickly, but all year service calls took 3 – 4 days to get a technician out, several times service was subpar and had to be redone and the customer service was horrible and rude. Like a totally different company! I was just up for renewal and called in to get my updated pricing and wanted to let management know the change I have seen in the past year. Told me they would get back to me with my new contract. Instead they called and left me a rude message that they are canceling me due to too many service calls. Bottom line, move on, not a nice company! Not nice Sansone! Not very nice for my years of loyalty and my referrals. And isn’t the point of a service contract to be able to call a company when you have a service issue? Highly Do NOT recommend!

I have had a service contract with them for many years… Recently replaced my AC unit and purchased the new unit from them. Their service people are always on time, clean, and very professional. I would strongly recommend them as I have been completely satisfied with their service.

Very professional, straight forward price estimates, everything in writing, dependable, and good manners, very polite, and takes the time to describe all the work before agreeing on work estimates, very good, highly recommend.

I have been using Sansone Sevice for several years. Each time I have a problem I have been treated professionally by first the service department and the service men. I get a timely appointment and knowledgable servicemen. My house is alway left clean and I am completely satisfied with this company. I have had other sevice contracts in the past and this surpasses them in every way.

We have had Sansone service our ac unit for the past 15yrs and we were always satisfied with their maintenance contract. In 6⁄12 they installed a new ac unit. Immediately after installation I experienced problems with our Top tech thermostat. After several visits to reset it(I had a service contract at the time) in 3⁄13 they finally replaced the problem unit with a new one. I had the same issue, recently 2÷07÷14 it went out again. First I was advised it would be covered under warranty, then I was told I had to pay a service charge as I declined to sign a service contract(appliances are 20yrs old and will need to be replaced in the future as they go, as it jumped $ 150 from last year). Citing old equipment I felt it wiser to pay for semi-annual cleaning as the unit is new. Well they came out and told me I needed a new thermostat, charged me $ 80. Four days later the same thing happened. They showed up without a new thermostat and reset my unit(I could have done this myself but was under the impression it would be replaced with a new one). They stated I needed a new thermostat and would send someone out again. Now they want me to pay $ 153.00 to have them replace the thermostat which is still under warranty. I declined and will install one myself and look to another service provider in the future. Imagine $ 233.00 to install a part that’s still under warranty. They knew there was a problem with the unit to begin with and should replace at no additional charge.
