worst fast food. Just wanted a baked potato. ASKED do you have baked potatoes. AND AGAIN are your sure, yes. paid $ 3.92, THEN sorry, now we don’t have potatoes today. and the staff does not know how to give a refund or void transaction. I paid $ 3.92 and got nothing

Worst service ever can’t imagine they actually think they can call themselves fast food. Came in for a quick bite to eat and had an appt to run to. So far been waiting 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and a small fry. Service is terrible! The place is old and needs a makeover too. Not to mention every time I come here my fries are always cold. When I asked them where the food was now running on 18 minutes they told me the food was cooking. If I wanted to pay $ 20 for food I could have gone to a real burger place like way back burger

Stopped in for lunch and found the service painfully slow. They had no organization and seemed to confuse many orders ahead of mine.
The salad was the bright spot and was actually quite good. I got the Asian cashew chicken and everything was fresh.
I ordered a Jr. bacon Cheeseburger and received a Jr. cheeseburger Deluxe. Strike 1. The bun was actually stale and fell apart. Strike 2. They loaded on waaaaay too much mustard. The burger meat wasn’t bad.
I don’t go to Wendy’s often and this trip is not making me want to race back.

Awful!!! … People at the counter were indifferent and unhelpful — I asked what was on one of the sandwiches and the lady just looked at me and said, «I don’t know.» … The apples that came with my kids meals were expired by 2 WEEKS! … And the restaurant over all was filthy! … Drive on to one of the other fast food restaurants nearby instead!

I have been here twice and having been impressed or unimpressed with quality. I think it is an average fast food joint. I hope to never experience what others have experience here. The frosty is a constant I guess.

This place is PATHETIC!!! Absolute joke and Im sure that is a reflection of the management down.
Went to place my order in the drive thru, and was informed my fast food was going to take 10 minutes. Lol i already said pathetic right? Needless to say I left… Good thing because based on the other 2 reviews this place serves stale old food.

What a joke! This place serves old stale food! Furthermore, their air conditioning doesn’t work — it’s about 78 degrees in here with 100% humidity. It is so humid, the salt and pepper baggies are wet! Avoid! Oh… and which part about «I don’t want lettuce in my burger» do they not understand???
