Me and my husband tried her sample cake and it was too good. Going to order a cake from her for my daughter’s birthday. She is so sweet of a person and I really love her passion for making cake.

I met Neide and her husband Kurt yesterday when they walked into our Sales Office/​Model Home in Rancho Santa Fe. I am a Realtor and was working in a beautiful home development. showing new homes. We started out talking about homes, my passion and ended up talking about cakes, her passion. Neide spoke about her cakes with such passion, enthusiasm and love I knew she had a true gift. I told her I would love to try her cakes because I could tell they had to be fabulous! Today Neide and her husband made a special trip to the sales office Surprising Me with a cake box in hand, beautiful note hand written on the top and wrapped in a bow! She had made me a cake! Not just any cake, a Neide Cake! I was overwhelmed with her generosity, thoughtfulness and love she had put into this beautiful white and pink hand made and designed cake! Just like Susan H. states above, Neide’s Cakes are all made from scratch with only the finest ingredients, always fresh and without any additives!
As soon as I got home took a picture of her beautiful masterpiece then indulged in a slice… IT WAS INCREDIBLE! A Slice of Heaven! By Far the best cake I have ever tasted!!! Her cakes are definitely made with love! Hmmm, hope I don’t eat the rest tonight… no, I must restrain myself so I can have some for breakfast! ;)

Neide is fantastic! She made a delicious cake for our wedding, but that was only part of the experience. She was so friendly and accommodating, in spending an unrushed amount of time with us, in finding out what we like, so that she would create the perfect cake for us. My husband and I totally and happily recommend her. Also, her prices are very reasonable, especially for the high quality product, which she delivers.

I found Neide by accident. She came into my candy warehouse looking for a certain type of edible cake accessory that we didnt carry. She told me she makes cakes from scratch, from the finest ingredients, fresh and with no additives. She caught my attention. Just by the way she described her product I decided to order a cake on the spot. She was so passionate about her product I knew it had to be amazing.
I am writing this review because it was hands down one of the best cakes I have ever tried in my life. She will be my cake person as long as she makes them! I have ordered cakes for any and all occasions from her. This is not an ordinary cake. It is not sugary at all, in fact after I ate it I didnt feel heavy or guilty about it. The flavors are so amazing it is actually really hard to choose a cake filling. Words cannot describe the flavor this cake has. It is different and it is made with love. That is the «not so secret ingredient»
Every time I order a cake she goes above and beyond to make sure it is everything I want and more and she doesnt ever have to because her cakes are beyond amazing. She loves what she does, it is her God given talent and she knows it. She is generous and loving and really cares about her clients and their desires. Cake is her Craft, I now place orders for cake on a regular basis just because everyone who tries it loves it to much and it is always such a hit!
