Just closed on my first home with the assistance of Drew. He made the process as easy as it could have possibly been. He was Awesome! Did not pressure me to make any decisions even after going to showing after showing. He was great in pointing out things to look for while looking at a house. He works 24⁄7 and was always great at returning emails and phone calls. If I found a house I wanted to look at he was always very accommodating in making sure that we could see that house the same day.
Not sure what the one negative review on here is about. Drew absolutely did not ask me to sign anything without fully explaining what I was signing prior. There was no contract about me being «locked» into using him as my agent. Even though I will definitely be using Drew for all of my real estate transactions in the future.
Drew knows his stuff and is the best! You will be mad at yourself if you don’t use him!

I must say that the sale of my house was smooth and relatively easy. I appreciate the attention and at times hand holding. Even in today’s market I feel like I got a fair price. I don’t know what the hell this Pat L tool is talking about. My wife and I were really nervous about buying our first home and this man turned the experience into a lot of fun and he taught us many things to look for in houses that I never would’ve known to look for. You sir Pat L must be an asshole cause he’s helped a couple of my friends get their dream houses too!

Drew is the best!!! We met Drew through a friend almost 4 years ago when our neighbor’s house was going through foreclosure. We were in the market for an investment property and asked Drew to keep an eye on the foreclosure process since we wanted first dibs on buying it as a rental. Drew kept us up to date for 3 months as the foreclosure process progressed and let us know the instant it hit the market — which happened to be on Christmas Day! He took the time to call us on Christmas and let us know as soon as he knew. We didn’t end up purchasing that home, but we had the bug to buy and dragged Drew from home to home for 3 months and through 2 inspections to find the perfect place. Drew’s dedication and loyalty is why we always recommend San Diego Home Sales!

We just recently closed on a beach area property — with excellent support from Drew Schulte at San Diego Home Sales. Drew is very knowledgeable about many areas in San Diego — we were focused mainly on the beach areas, but he helped us to explore other areas as well. Drew set up search profiles for us, and we received daily updates via the WEB on new/​changed listings. Very cool. And Drew was fun to work with, zero pressure, but always willing to chat or meet with you. He even uses a cool WEB meeting place to help reduce travel time but still be able to «browse» properties using a search engine, Google maps/​earth and other tools! So in closing (and close we did, once we found what we wanted, Drew helped to orchestrate a very quick Escrow) we are both happy clients and will continue to stay in touch with Drew for future real estate needs. Thanks Drew!!!
